Great video very inspiring! I paused this video to go and watch the ted talk and learned a lot so thank you Nasia for sharing your theory. I will now start saying woo I want to run! Run!!!
And also thanks to Blatnaid(btw I also live in 🇮🇪 ) for sharing her experience I find this really helpful as someone who is, now was, just like her when it comes to cigarettes.
This will help me through my first day as a happy (hopefully 🙏🏼) non smoker after 23 years of smoking. This time I made a decision to quit myself and chose a quit day which is tomorrow( I haven’t had a cigarette after dinner tonight) I can do this. I want to do this! My emotional reason to quit is because I want to have another baby! (I had once quit for my first child for 4 years and half and it was really reallllly hard. I didn’t want to go through the pain again)
I’ve always enjoyed smoking and thought of it as my best friend even! But from tonight and on it’s an old friend, who might have been there for me and gone through so much with me all this time but, it’s actually a very toxic one. I am letting go of it at last. Good bye C!

Hi, great job on making a real decision to quit! If you can go without smoking for 4 years, then you are more than capable of becoming a happy non-smoker for good this time! You have a powerful motivation to quit. You've got this! 💪

Congratulations! I feel like I have tried everything! Patches, gum, chantix, wellbutrin, vape, meditation, hypnosis, books, etc. Keep hearing I need more willpower... I am going to start with your step one today. I know I am really ready. I am so sick of it.

Great Cheryl! Quitting smoking is definitely not about willpower! I suggest checking this video as well :ua-cam.com/video/NUS2HEjCdTk/v-deo.html If you're ready you can do this!

I can identify 100%, with what Blanaid is saying, it's almost like the alcoholic in denial, and a case of any excuse for taking alcohol. Your video was really inspiring. All my uncles on my mother's side of the family all died before 70. My mother RIP passed away at 67. I'm 53 years old, and I got a heart attack this year. I had to get quadruple heart bypass surgery . I stayed off them for 3 weeks and smoked 2 one evening, then I quit for another 4 days, before I was hooked again. I have tried to stop several times using every method under the sun, but to no avail. Smoking is 90% mental and 10% physical. After quitting for 3/4, weeks, the nicotine is out of the system. After that period the addiction is 99.9 % mental.

Great video and inspiring for me!! Blatnaid seems such a beautiful person. I pray that tonight when I watch the Webinar, I am hopeful on a positive out come feeling as the same as the videos of exsmokers stories. Love listening to all their stories.

I have had the exact same thought countless times of “maybe if I could be put on an island or taken to a place where I don’t have access to them..a facility where someone watches over me”. I have even jokingly thought maybe if I commit a petty crime? I have known I need help “changing my mind”. Thank you Blatnaid and Nasia.

Thanks for the video and well done Blatnaid. The freedom from nicotine she mentions is probably the most powerful feeling I've taken from my 2 year cold turkey quit. I've no idea how much this CBQ course costs but it's surely a no-brainer for people willing to commit and make it work given the price of cigarettes (in the UK, at least)!

Did you have any anger/agitation issues? Every time I have quit in the past this is one of the reason I started again, felt I was not very easy to live with.
