    im on my second month of quitting,life is good.im rich now.one and 2 pack a day,chain smoker and i smoke like a chimney.daymn,never look back.

    Going out for walking exercise, talk to yourself tell yourself you can do this and changing ur lifestyle I can see these things working thank you good advice👍

    Thank God for free will. I chose not to smoke. It's very difficult but it can be done. It's not impossible to quit smoking. Just do something different instead of smoking. Thank you.
