    As a 60-year-old gym rat dude, I discovered your channel when my gym closed during the lock down. My gym has reopened, but I continue to do your workouts nearly every day because of variety like this one. You and Yoga With Adrien have been my pandemic saviors. Your July 4th plyo workout from 2 years ago still is my all time favorite. My only complaint with nearly all online workouts is the music. But that's the old man coming through and a subject for another time.

      Glad my sister introduced me to Sydney’s workouts. She has been a saving grace for me as well during this pandemic. I am so happy to see other people that are around my age that love working out as much as I do. I’m 55.

      Nothing to do with age my man, I'm in my twenties and I can't stand workouts with blaring EDM where either you can't hear the instructor or they don't even give vocal cues. Sydney's are the exception though! I've gotten used to her music and it's not obnoxiously loud. Plus, I'd put up with any music for her workouts! I hope to keep up with fitness as you are as time goes on. You're killing it !

      I felt a “release” too and I almost felt more energized towards the end of the workout which not typical for me at all.

      You have got this! I know how emotional it is I watch my sister struggle everyday from it since I was in fourth grade and I’m now 39. It’s not easy, but you have supporters my sister does the workouts with me everyday. Sending you love. I know it’s a battle for her as well.

    It's good to be back. I have not done one of your workouts in over a year. Today I heard God said I was ready. I crushed it. My heart and soul are so joyful. God is excellent. Your workouts are a standard. I am going to enjoy my self care weekend. This week I am going to get a recovery drink. I am sweating too much and exhausted. Thank you for creating this safe and healthy place for us.

    this was everything i didn´t know i needed. i was having a shit week mediocre workouts and feeling really bad about myself and life in general.
    so today i decided to do a fasted workout and push through every last second.
    i always favor weight/strenght exercises but this was such a good mental push!
    thank you so so much for being here everyday and showing up for us!

    Good morning, Sydney Squad! I was exhausted going into the workout because I have been dealing with a lot of stress and not sleeping well last night. I did this workout to let go of the stress and reset going into the last week of the program. I’m going to make sure that I stay hydrated this weekend and spend some quality time with my girlfriend. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our weekly stretch .

    I quit smoking on Monday this week just gone and I have to say doing Sydneys workouts has definitely been a major factor in keeping me going. Today doing this I had a higher level of energy, not as out of breath etc and it was a nice push at the end of a challenging week. Thanks for keeping me going x

    sometimes i get discouraged because I'm behind on these challenges. between two separate ankle injuries n other stuff, remaining consistent is tough. But no matter how long injuries take me out, I always feel motivated to come back because of ssydney

    Crushed this one. Apart from the daily workouts I do with Sydney, I also religiously go for a 4Mi walk daily with my dog in a staggered manner. He needs the exercise and works well for me too 😊

    These workouts are therapeutic. I just recently applied to teachers college and have been under a bit of stress waiting to hear back. The high intensity of these workouts are putting my mind ease, which is needed and helps lower my everyday stress.

      Gemma, try filling up a big cup at the beginning of the day and just make sure it has water in it all day long! I got a Yeti for a gift and that's what I do, u won't believe how much water you can drink that way!!!

    I have been sick since day 7 in the burn program. This is the first workout I've done in a month. I am excited to jump into April's program, but I couldn't let a kickboxing workout go by undone! Crushed it!

    I crushed it!!! What I am going to do this week that I did not do this past week is to wake up at 500AM and do my workout. I used the excuse that the time change messed me up and I could not wake up to do it. It was an excuse and I am so mad at myself because my after work hours are jam packed and I did not workout in the evening. So, this week I am waking up even if I do not want to and I will crush the last week of March. No EXCUSES!!!!
    HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!!! It is going to be a great day.

    So I postponed this one, as kickboxing normally causes me a lot of pain in my hips, BUT today I managed to do it without any pain and finished strong. That is a HUGE win. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

    Thank you for being so motivating. I am an ER nurse that works long shifts and I always tell myself I don't have to workout the days I work. My goal is to cut out that half hour-hour and make myself workout everyday!!!

      me neither, especially front kicks! so i’m working on flexibility and mobility in the abductors, hamstrings, etc. Sydney’s stretching videos really help i think! great job guys! 💗

    That was sooo much fun! Totally got my energy for the day with my 4 and 6 year old crazy active boys (I'm 5.5 months pregnant!!) going! I'm ready, thanks Sydney! So fun!!

    Wow! .....that .....was..... INCREDIBLE!!!😅 I feel so good after that one! I'm gonna work on drinking plenty of water, stretch more, and keep feeling powerful with these workouts. Its to start,but once ya get into it's fun!!!!! Thank you Sydney for being an amazing trainer!!!🙌

    Yes kickboxing cardio is my favorite because of this channel! I had never tried it before I found you and now I’m a pro😆
