Well then - I remember doing this video in early 2021 when I first found your channel. I never did it again because I couldn’t do a lot of the lower body moves - lifting the knees, sit to stand - just too difficult. But yesterday someone on the FB group posted that they had done this one, so I decided to queue it up for today. Well, geez, I’m lifting my knees, sit-standing, and everything else! Just goes to show how far I’ve come!
Lauren, I am so glad I found this in your seated workouts. I am still rehabbing my knee and this was such a great workout that did make me feel wonderful. The ball was perfect to use as a different way to work the muscles and core. Thank you.

I love this workout. I have stuck to it and try to do it everyday . I can feel that I am using muscles which have not been used for a long time. I am 81 years old and find I am able to do more each time putting in more effort. Thank you Lauren

This was such a fun workout! Almost anyone can do it, but it's such a balanced routine that it definitely makes you feel like you've accomplished something. I think it would be great to keep a ball at your work station, and beam up the workout when you are feeling sluggish.

Today I did the chair workout with weights that you alerted me to, and the easy chair yoga one also. I am sending it to FB for our cousin, Charysse, who was in a terrible car accident last week.

Hoping you can help me put together a playlist: 7 days, almost entirely chair for assisted living residents who are either in walkers or wheel chairs. Limited standing as I don’t want them falling. They do love a challenge though! We have weights, mini balls and therabands. Oh and our chairs have arms 🤦🏻♀️. Thanks!!! 💜

no problem. This one is from a pack of kids balls from Amazon. They are about 6-7 inches across. A pilates mini ball works great as well, they are more like 9 inches. I have links to everything in my Amazon store which is linked in the video description.

Hi, is this is not a strength training right, so the ball does not need to have any weight!
Correct, the ball is not weighted. However, for some exercises the ball serves as resistance which helps strength.

Yes! It's a pack of kids balls. I like the spikes to help grip it.
Are you using the 8.5" Knobby Ball? comes 4 in a set.
yes, there are a few different sets. Any squishy ball will work :)

The 9 in ball will work great too. The one I’m using in this video is the knobby one that comes in a multi pack. It’s a little smaller.
