I had hit 300 lbs a few months ago- I am 25 and I have heart issues. I used to run when I was in highschool but I stopped because I started working. I have been wanting to get back into exercising, but I worry about my heart constantly. Recently, I heard about chair cardio, and finally had the inspiration to start. This has done me a world of good today because my wonky right knee decided to become totally dysfunctional yesterday, to the point that I could barely walk. But I was still able to get my workout, thanks to you, Lauren!

Great workout! I found this channel while researching seated exercises I could do after knee surgery. With just a few mods, I was able to do the whole workout. Thank you so much for providing these exercises.
Love your channel. If you’re looking for suggestions, I would love a travel workout with band and maybe sliders or paper plates for feet. It’s hard to find weight when you’re traveling, and I don’t want to do the routine in the hotel gym. Also, it would be really cool if you numbered each work out. I have my favorites for when I’m having a strong day, and my favorites for when I’m having a relaxing day, but they’re hard to find because the names of the videos are necessarily all so similar. Please know that your efforts are very, very, very much appreciated.
