    I had hit 300 lbs a few months ago- I am 25 and I have heart issues. I used to run when I was in highschool but I stopped because I started working. I have been wanting to get back into exercising, but I worry about my heart constantly. Recently, I heard about chair cardio, and finally had the inspiration to start. I get a work out and my heart can handle it, which makes me so happy. Thank you for taking the time to make this easy to follow video for everyone to enjoy.

    Just found your exercise about a week ago. I am a 55 year old female with 5 back fusions. I absolutely love all the workouts I have done so far. I decided to take them from the oldest up, doing one or two per day, depending on the length. Thank you for challenging me daily

    Very good for beginners or a bit older people. Rythme is not to fast and exercises mostly easy. Thsnk you!

    As a person who has exercised since age 30 never thought at now age 67 would be doing chair exercise’s. I LOVE them and feel like they have absolutely helped. I have firmed up look better and feel amazing. Thank you!

    I absolutely love this workout. As you know, it’s from head to toe. It’s perfect for me and I am in a wheelchair. I started doing your workouts since Wednesday and I can already feel and see a difference with me standing up straighter. I love all your videos.     I’ve been doing your workouts for so time. I’m so thankful because 2 weeks ago I broke my leg. Two plates and 12 skrews later, I’m ready to exercise again. This is a lifesaver since I can’t put any weight on my left leg. I’m so thankful for you!

    I've done this one and liked it but today I did what I think is a new chair cardio one with a lavender ball and loved that one too. I feel all stretched out and as usual I really love your techniques! Thanks, Lauren for helping me work out all the holiday treats I've been consuming!

    Great workout on the chair. I have bladder prolapse and sitting and concentrating on the core will help me strengthen my pelvic floor and abs. Looking forward to more videos. Love how calm you are and the instructions you continue to provide through each movement.

    I go back and forth from this video to the standing workouts. I have noticed my core getting stronger in a little over a months time of doing any one of your workouts every morning! This one is my favorite for the arms as I have developed the flab on the back of my arms and can really feel the impact. So happy I found you!!

    Love your channel. If you’re looking for suggestions, I would love a travel workout with band and maybe sliders or paper plates for feet. It’s hard to find weight when you’re traveling, and I don’t want to do the routine in the hotel gym. Also, it would be really cool if you numbered each work out. I have my favorites for when I’m having a strong day, and my favorites for when I’m having a relaxing day, but they’re hard to find because the names of the videos are necessarily all so similar. Please know that your efforts are very, very, very much appreciated.

      thanks for your feedback :) I've also had the idea of a travel workout for a while now, I need to put it on my list!
      As far as numbering the workouts go, did you know that you can create your own playlists? You can order the videos in your own library so they are really easy to find :) Hope that helps!

    I'm 47 years old and till recently been very active but now i have hip tendonitis and It was really frustrating to find hip friendly cardio work out but this looks really good will try it today 👍🏻 thanks
