    I am having so much fun in your classes. I was in an accident three years ago and now I have a spinal cord injury. I go to the gym three times a week. Having your classes to work out at home has really helped me. Thank you so much, Jan

    Thank you for this Paul I had an awful day yesterday and literally almost had a panic attack but I stopped it before it came and told myself "no body dont do this" and I took some deep breaths and it calmed me down
    I'm having a better day today thankfully it's just hard for me to relax my body sometimes

    Oh my days that was great, I already enjoy the 30 minute and 15 minutes workout but pulled my back muscles going over the top. I tried this seated yogo and it has fixed everything. I love your channel and am a loyal fan thanks
