Thank you for this Paul I had an awful day yesterday and literally almost had a panic attack but I stopped it before it came and told myself "no body dont do this" and I took some deep breaths and it calmed me down I'm having a better day today thankfully it's just hard for me to relax my body sometimes
@@PaulEugene do you have some tips on how I can prevent this sort of thing again and how I can relax my mind and body And also how to get rid of negative thoughts

Oh my days that was great, I already enjoy the 30 minute and 15 minutes workout but pulled my back muscles going over the top. I tried this seated yogo and it has fixed everything. I love your channel and am a loyal fan thanks
