It was cool of Capcom to keep Michael Allan Schneider as Terry from City of the Wolves to SF6, which likely means that Rebecca Rose will voice Mai to stay consistent with CotW……along with Mai’s new design as her Outfit 2. Outside of that, gotta give Capcom props for giving Terry a unique intro for his Outfit 2 (as well as hopefully a unique victory animation).
Been waiting for the Fat Monkey Mafia Godfather himself to make a video since the trailer dropped!! Let's go big Roof!! Terry looks absolutely amazing and that lvl 3 might be the best looking super Capcom has done in a good long time!
capcom gave terry the kyo kusangi snk treatment: they gave him an enlarged tool box that has all his moves from various games that disappeared! seriously am tempted to pick up sf6 now

Pao Pao Cafe 6 being in Metro City also excites me a bit because it could mean that they’re expanding the map in World Tour, since there’s nowhere they could put it on the existing area

Terry was unused Concept art for Street Fighter II that Takashi Nishiyama (The Creator of Street Fighter, Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, King of Fighters) took with him to SNK. In a way it's almost like Terry Bogard is coming home. Also, you can thank Takashi Nishiyama for fighting games in general. (He also made SFIV)

I think this might be the best animated Terry ever. With the exception of maybe KOF13, and probably one or two games I'm forgetting. But the visual nuance here is amazing.
I was under the impression that down forward heavy punch in most Terry move set is the diagonal standing upper cut. The Two hit guy punch was usually just a close proximity HP. I actually thought because of his Fire/Red Kick rising tackle was gonna be a charge move. Capcom this time round likes to reference anime shots. Like with Cammy, Terry’s Max Super is a reference from one of the Fatal Fury Movies
I kinda like the Crack Shoot animation! Thanks for the breakdown Rooflemonger. Now I'm even more interested in seeing what they do with Mai. Maybe somewhat similar to Bison in mixing charge and motion moves.
Roxy looks identical to Poison but has orange hair instead of Pink. They were first Final Fight characters, but FF and SF are canonically in the same universe.

Terry is so badass that he has four supers. His level 2 Power Geyser can be upgraded to Trinity Geyser with a total of three-level super bars. I wish Buster Wolf bounced off walls, that would be cool. 😂

seing terry gameplay makes me remember when they said that would cool add sub zero besides some obvious terrorism like ice ball into drive rush imagine if in some way they adapt x ray even in generic cartoonish bones or if you do level 3 and defeat the enemy in the first hit the animation stop and sound "finish him" and the level 3 continues
