Check out my brand new "Electrolytes" course at www.medicosisperfectionalis.c... and use the PROMO code: ELECTROLYTES50 to get a 50% discount. Tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) converts plasminogen into plasmin, then plasmin will dissolve the fibrin clot into degradation produts “i.e. fibrinolysis”.
This is known as thrombolytic therapy, useful for myocardial infarction and ischemic strokes, but contraindicated in hemorrhagic strokes (due to increased risk of bleeding).

Simply brilliant and hilarious to the boot. Someday you should have a special podcast so that your fans could send questions to pick your brain. I think it would be immensely helpful for all of us to have a glimpse into your discipline, motivation and your generosity to teach. Mark my words, you are a legendary teacher.

I really like the flow charts and color coding, they help me pick this stuff up. However, these videos were not designed to be binge watched. Have you made, or do you play on making, a version of these videos that are longer and where if you need to review you're expected to watch the previous videos?
