These episodes are still fun to watch, better than most anything produced currently.

I gotta thank these guys for my childhood, I’m 37 now, and a mechanic because of these guys and this show, have had the pleasure to build half a dozen Chevelle’s 68-72 and a few Mopars. Hope these guys are well

I've never wanted to be a professional mechanic but these show definitely turned me into a tinkerer on my cars.

Magnum blocks are not drilled to oil rocker shafts like the la block. The valve train is oiled through the pushrod. Was this block drilled for shaft oiling?

I think that I remember watching episodes of this show as early as 1999. This is some real nostalgia!

I hope you didn't run this engine as it will NOT oil the rockers with the setup you went with That Magnum block isn't drilled for the LA oiling rockers you picked. YOu need the Comp 1622 rockers and hollow pushrods to oil through pushrod.

The electric water pump is fine when you run it on a dino but I don't trust it on a street car because it has a thermostat and it will not circulate with a thermostat I know a manual water pump will take away horsepower what is just better
