This is a wonderful way to use up scraps. It's also a way to use some of those forgotten embossing folders.

Love that first card using the white cardstock! It was difficult to really see the color and texture on the black. I'm sure it looked better in real life! You make such interesting cards! You just proved that you don't need a ton of supplies to make great cards!

OMG! These are all stunning. Thank you so much for sharing, I’ve seen lots of videos about using patterned paper scraps, but this is the only one I’ve seen to use up black and or white scraps. I’ll definitely be using this technique to use up my multitude of scraps. 😊

I've tried so many tools for ink blending. Expensive brushes and cheap brushes and flat foam. I couldn't get a good blend until I switched to those dome foams!
Those interference inks blow my mind. That black card is stunning. 💛😊

Love these Sasha! I just bought about 12 regular 2D embossing folders on Amazon. Most of my scraps are white but I’ll definitely try this technique. I only paid about $45 CAD for all these folders. I need to get narrow types too to use on mini die and emboss machine. Thanks for sharing! 😊❤️🇨🇦
Stunning results, both dark and light versions. This would be a great project to do when mojo is at a minimum. When I have a bunch of these beautiful backgrounds, I would surely be revved up to work on some cards. ❤
