I saved one of my rabbits from GI Stasis in 2015. He was perfectly fine in the morning and then in the afternoon when I got home from work he wasn’t wanting to move. GI Stasis is incredibly fast acting and the vet told me if I’d waited even a few hours longer to bring him into the vet, it would have been too late. It was very scary but he is now okay! I tracked it down to someone in my family who had been sneaking those terrible “yogurt drop” treats to my rabbits, and needless to say I’ve put a stop to that! I try to keep my rabbits on a hay and grass/greens diet with occasional veggies and fruits, minimal pellets, and never any store bought treats

Great video. Stasis is always so stressful. I'm dealing with it right now and unable to get to the vet. One thing you forgot to mention, if you can't get to a vet and have to do treatment at home, is how critical it is to also get water down. I started with pineapple juice, simethicone, and massage. Not only do I massage with my hands, spending the most time on the "blurpy" areas of her tummy where I can feel and hear gas/air pockets, but when my hands and fingers start to ache, I switch to a wand massager and I also have a massaging heating pad as well that I can just put on my lap while I hold my bunny. These tools give my aching hands and fingers a break and makes my bunny relax deeply. I originally got the massaging heating pad for my pets for times like this, but I have a spasm disorder and have used it myself and it works wonders on my back, so I do believe it helps my pets a lot. After that, I mixed a really runny slurry of Critical Care (1 tablespoon with about 5-6 tablespoons of water) and 1/8 teaspoon of Prozyme added. I only add the Critical Care to give the water more viscosity so there's less chance of my bunny aspirating on straight water because water's so thin. Having a little Critical Care added for flavor also seems to make my rabbit put up less of a struggle. But my primary goal is to get the water and Prozyme down. I'm trying to get 10-15 ccs down her every few hours. Then we have another massage session. I'm pretty exhausted and don't know if any of this is going to help - the only poops so far were one "string of pearls" with three poops (what you call "ornaments") - but I'm doing the best I can in a bad situation. I wish I had some Reglan, but it's been several years since any of my bunnies has had stasis, so it's all long expired.
I lost my beloved rabbit because of that. We told the vet he makes weird poo (smaller and in weird places) and she still didn't say that it's super urgent and we waited out 2 days. It was too late then :( It is so extremely hard to forgive myself my errors and lack of knowledge in some fields, he was my first. But still, I'm a grown man and I wanted him to be happy and live until 10 at least or more. My heart is in pieces. Has anyone experienced the same? it was all so sudden...I want to express gratitude that I Had Him in my life
I lost my beloved little Sinu just 2 hours ago due to the same issue. I didn’t realize that we will leave us that quickly. I met vet today but she said my bunny is okay and he is fine. Sinu left us in 4 hours. It was night time when I realized it is already too late, I tried my best to reach a vet but everything was closed and I searched online to get immediate support but luck wasn’t there. My little boy left us, I could do anything for him today. Probably I will not be able to forgive myself. May lord bless your bunny and my Sinu’s soul. ❤❤
Thank YOU i lost one of my rabbits a couple of days ago and her sister started developing symptoms of GI STASIS and i did all the steps and shes finally pooping drinking and eating thank you sooooo soooooooo much
I’m worried for my bunny right now she has all of these symptoms and my dad won’t do anything because vets will just charge money and he thinks it’ll pass and I’m scared
I'm dealing with it now, gave mine some baby gas drops and hope everything turns out alright... my problem is we dont have a exotic vet, last time I took a rabbit for a simple tooth extraction, she killed him( night before x rays gave a sedative) then 6 hours later more over dosed..
Geez, I'm thinking of stopping pellets altogether and just offering several different types of hay with veggies and lots of willow. After reading Beyond the Pellet and learning that they never lose rabbits to stasis I have experimented with it and they LOVE it.
My rabbit died from GI Stasis despite that she was pretty much never fed pellets. She was on a diet of greens, herbs, cucumber, bell peppers, and a huge variety of food, plus all the hay she could eat. Even with this optimal diet that my veterinarian approved of, we still lost her to GI Stasis. Not saying you shouldn't go pellet free (I still think it's best), just saying that it's not a 100% guarantee that your bun won't still develop GI Stasis, or even die from it.
Im never buying pellets again! I just lost my sweetheart baby bunny Finn. He was only 5 weeks old. I massaged for hours got so much of it out. But he didnt tolerste the feeding and it is the mlst awful pain to not have him here anymore. He was the sweetest baby ever. He loved to be held. Dear GOd why????
I wish I knew this yesterday, my bunny started acting weird at night and the vet was closed so I was gonna take him early in the morning but he was gone 💔 I feel heartbroken
Thank you dearly for uploading this video! I own a 1y/o rabbit, and have done everything I can to research the best care for him. With this video, I had used many of your tips, including the purchase of the sherman wood appetite restore. He's doing better now. He means the absolute world to me! Thank you sincerely for all of the information you are able to give to help! 💕
It was 7pm last night on a Sunday and I noticed all of the signs of GI Stasis on my bunny and thanks to this video you saved my rabbits life thank you so much❤️
My rabbit did this the other day... I noticed she pooped very little and ate next to nothing. I kept her moving, massage her belly softly (which she hated), I put hay out all over her crate, not just her liter box. Made her favorite toy with toilet paper roll and stuff it with hay. She started to look better, ate more, and pooped normal again at the end of the day. I was so relieved.
My bun would get stasis once a year, then when she got older it happened twice a year. Finally one of the vets recommended 2 papaya tablets a week. She never had stasis again and lived another 2.5 years. When she did get stasis, we would get freshly squeezed pineapple juice and have some critical care ready.
For anyone else whose bunny struggles with gut motility, Bene-Bac Plus by Pet Ag significantly decreased the number of bouts for mine! I give him a dose each day in his veggies.
My rabbit showed signs of GI stasis, and I will forever be happy I took it seriously and got her right to an experienced vet. If you're concerned about your bun, please remember this comment, read up on the issue thoroughly, and don't assume the stasis will take care of itself! Your care could save your rabbit's life!
Thank you so much for this video, you have probably saved my rabbits life!! I knew she had gas, but wouldn't have called the vet tonight if I'd not seen your video telling me this is an emergency. She's currently doing much better 💞 thank you so so much!!! 💞🐇💞
@@ameliacamilleri3295 perfect! We mixed pineapple juice with mushed rabbit food and fed it by syringe while the rabbit was wrapped in a towel and they didn't love it but they were 100% better by morning...previous to that bunny wouldn't move or eat and was all scrunched up. Thank goodness it worked. We keep pineapple juice on hand now just in case. We also used naturopathic baby colic meds with it.
Life According To Theo I have a question what symptoms did ur bunny have ? My bunny is just laying on his tummy all day and avoiding food and not pooping at all , i currently don’t have th money for a vet but I massaged his tummy for a good hour or 2 he just doesn’t want any food I don’t wanna self diagnose and get scared later but what treatment do u recommend or by the locks of it what do u think my bunny might have?
I can't thank you enough, my rabbit was very sick and i saw this video and gav him pineapple juice and gas relief medicine every few hours and gave him grass and after 5 hours or so he was looking better and was starting to move again. Thank you so much💕
Thanks for the video. Everyone must make sure that grabbing and massaging should be done very carefully and gently since you may cause fractures and internal organ damages etc.
i had just gotten my first bunny in a very long time, and she was a netherland dwarf. about two weeks later i woke up, and she was fine, and about two hours later i walked in to see her and she wasn’t breathing. i’ve been trying to figure it out for almost a month and the bunny was in a large cage with my brother’s girlfriend’s bunny. she sent me this video today, and this might’ve been what happened. i might not have been able to tell she wasn’t eating since the food was gone from the other bunny. this was very informative, and this might be what happened! thanks so much!!
Thank you so much for making this video! Now I know exactly why my Holland lop died a few months ago. I am getting a new rabbit in the spring and now I am more aware of this and will always look for symptoms.
I lost my beautiful boy today. He would have turned 4 tomorrow. Second bout of stasis. First time, I was able to pull him through, but not this time. I did all I could but he died in.my arms. Thank you for all your good info.
My bunny was acting werid this moring and like flopping over when i tryed to sit her up but i had to go to school I pray she's alive when i get home so i can take her to the vet
THANK YOU THANK YOU. I followed this last eve, thought I was going to lose my buck, but back to feeling better and poop machine back on today and we're eating/drinking again! Ty again!!
I wish they would study stasis more, we just lost our 2 buns, a month apart. Didn't change their food, they've been fine these past 3 years we had them. It's so upsetting our house is so empty and we miss them so much, they were our family.
Thank you so much for this information & advice. Bunny poo can tell you a lot about their health! It can be difficult sometimes to find a vet who'll treat rabbits (in my rural area, at least) so having an emergency kit & being as informed as possible about warning signs can truly save your bun. Excellent video!
I'm in the same boat and have to travel about 45 minutes to a bunny vet, so it's not always possible to get my bunnies professional care, especially on weekends.
Hook's Hollands - Ohio Holland Lops I hope you make more of these kinds of videos. Watching your beautiful buns is so fun, and I love that you take the time to educate as well. Buns can't meow, bark, etc to tell you something might wrong, so learning about potential warning signs is so important! Thanks again!
I wish I had some of this information over a year ago. I love one of my babies to GI Stasis. He was only 6 weeks old and stopped nursing and eat anything. He'd eat hay every once in awhile but not much. I took him to a vet and he was put of some meds and liquid food that I would feed him but it didn't help. My baby died at 6 weeks old.
I bought infacol (simethicione) from the nearest drug store, and it's been a massive life saver. That, with bunny tummy massages, usually resolves it within an hour. I don't do anything else. I have two bunnies. One is extremely sensitive to everything, one isnt. As the one whose sensitive - a family member took care of her one night, gave her too many pellets and I was able to give her a full dropper of simethicione, massage her for 20-25 minutes. I felt the bubbles. I kept massaging until they were all gone and she let me know they were, she was up and ready to GO lol. The other one, as he's gotten older, he's had it twice. It costs $1000 here for a bunny GI statis. After paying it 3 times in 3 years, this is why I've had to resort to this. When he got it, I was shocked. Did the same treatment. I didn't feel his bubbles. He was much faster to return to normal. So just keep massaging. I've gotten extremely experienced with catching it (bunnies will just lay there and do nothing). And I know, if they don't take their Oxbow digestive treat, something is wrong. I thought I was for sure going to have to go to the vet with how big this bubble was in her, but nope, simethicione and massage, worked a charm. However, you should be able to feel that squishy gas bubble feeling. If it's hard, please see a vet. The only reason I don't do the feed, is one of the vets fed these two bunnies sister, and she died, right there. It was horrific. That vet actually went viral for making a sick, drugged cat dance. If you know that vet, please stay away. I'm shocked they haven't been shut down. All the best to us bunny mother and fathers out there. Thank you youtube creator for fostering this helpful section of comments
I just placed my order for her supplement tablets, food restorer and i will getting her Vita drops tomorrow morning. She has already been on Oxbows Critical Care food but i feel that i need more to give her. So thank you its 4:15 am her next feed is at 5/6am ❣️👏🏽
This happened to my rabbit I could do nothing to save him🥺😔 we were going on vacation a few hours before he died😣 the closest vet was an hour away, so we called them and asked what we could do and they said that we needed to give him vegetable oil through a syringe😭 he did not make it, but I was by his side every time until he passed😔
All vets I called were booked until next week or didn’t take rabbits. I probably called every vet in my state,my bun has been sick for 3 days but we have been giving her cc , massages, a heating pad and letting her walk around and she has been more active
You can also put pineapple juice in a syringe and force them to drink it because pineapple juice goes straight into the rabbit stomach and when your done repeat it
My preacious baby died at 7months i think she had it bit the vet did not know what was wrong bit she had a bad seizure before her deth and i never saw her passimg i love you oreo rest in peace my baby girl
Me too, he passed at Easter a decade ago, the vet at the time didn't know what was wrong, wish I'd had this advice then, the symptoms you show are so clear, breaks my heart he suffered. Thanks for the advice and sharing your beautiful bunnies.
Thank you. I woke up to my 5 month old not waiting for his morning pellets which is very odd. He didn’t want them when I placed his dish in front of his hidey house he refused to eat. He let me run his head but was grinding his teeth. I had watched this video before and grabbed my phone to rewatch it. I gave him pineapple juice in a syringe and tried to massage his belly(he did not like it) and gave him some infant gas drops. Also got him out of the cage and he started hopping around and cleaning himself. He started to eat some hay and had some poops. I hope he will be ok. He’s sleeping now but I will give him some more pineapple juice and water in a bit
Is giving pineapple juice to a rabbit suffering from GI Statis okay? I just want to ask this because my rabbit is suffering through the same and I just don't want to make anything worse Is pineapple juice okay?
My bunny had this, luckily we got her to the vet in time and were able to be properly educated about her diet afterwards (more hay, less pellets!). She passed away from cancer eventually :(
I did all this and she passed today... she ate her favorite greens to the end. She was fighting but the mass on her abdomen got her. The vet didn’t even notice it until the 2nd X-ray. I’m just angry at them and myself. My rabbit was a freaking fighter even when she was in pain and that will now forever inspire me
Please!! To any rabbit owners, buy critical care!! Its one of the most important things that you will need when it comes to rabbits when stuff like this happens. Its hard to find in store and amazon has it, its a little pricey but you need to be willing to pay!
This is really good! I just recorded a video with almost identical content for my FB page. Mine is amateur and awful so I haven't posted it. Maybe I can figure out how to share yours instead. Lol!
only saw this now and i wish i saw it sooner. my bunny was less than 3 months old and as a new bunny owner, we did not know about this but he had all the symptoms of gi stasis and just the fact that he was fine at night, 1am, and was gone in the morning. :')
I lost my bunny to GI Stasis....I have another rabbit that I’ve had for 3 years but she was just different.I adopted her and the first time I saw her I picked her up and and she wasn’t calm with ANYONE that held her that day(it was at a local event the rescue went to) but me.She laid her head in my elbow and started licking me....I BEGGED my parent to let me adopt her.I love her soooo much.I had for a month and I lost her to GI Stasis.I noticed she was hunched in a corner and pooped all over her self(diarrhea) so we took her to the rescue because the lady that runs it knows how to treat it and the nearest vet was too far and my parents probably couldn’t afford it anyway. We left her there overnight for the lady to take care of her and she didn’t make it through the night😭
My bunny is dying right now I am just crying right now the vet is closed in my country it is 11 in a half AM I didn’t know it was sick writing this makes me want to cry more
My rabbit died just recently. Shes fine in the evening and in the morning she diddnt eat and her ear is so cold.,and no poop on her cage. I still tried to save her by giving pineapple juice and dextrose powder but after 2hrs shes gone😢. Thanks for this vid.
Stasis is rough to combat, even for veteran bunny owners. I now use subcutaneous fluids (injected under the skin) for severe stasis cases, but Metacam (pain reliever) and syringes of fluids and powdered food usually do the trick. It's extremely stressful for everybunny involved. I'm sorry about your bunny. :(
I’m going to get a bunny later this year and have been watching a lot of videos and researching food. There are no pellets in the wild and the ingredients list on a bag I purchased prompted me to take it back. Corn is genetically modified, as I believe is soy. These are hard to digest foods in humans. Add processed oils to the mix and you have leaky gut. This weakens the digestive system and causes all kinds of inflammation and an inability to digest. I will be using my snuffle mat for florals and other healthy snacks. I grow a garden year round and will have plenty of greens of different varieties for my bunny. I also grow sprouts which are excellent for improving digestion as they are live food.
My bunny is 11 years old, 2-3 times it stopt eating in his life. Only thing he would eat was parsley, just a 1-2 leaf with stem. After 15-30 min. I give him another one. In the hours following (usually 4-6, give him time to recover/rest), he will slowly start eating again. I offer/hand him vegetables and hay, no pellets. Next few days no pellets, till his droppings are ok and eats hay good. Then you can start giving more and more pellets (pellets that swell 10g per kg bodyweight a day, normal/thin pellets 20g.) Do keep checking him every (half) hour, and give some soft pets/love. And of course go and see a vet immediately or if there is no change in 4-6 hours or things go worse. I also give a little fresh pineapple juice, about a teaspoon. Brush your bunny often when it starts shedding, mix pellets when switching pellets and with new bag, take it easy on introducing new greens/more greens and only fresh ones (disease free/you would eat), give water in a heavy bowl, keep water and cage clean, give your bunny excersise 1-2 hours a day. Most important food: water and hay (unlimited)> greens (50-100g per kg bodyweight a day)> pellets. Be prepared that you know to which vet you can go, your bunny must eat within 24 hours (risk of dying).
This is the same thing that happened he was fine last night and in the morning he was not eating just sitting and then he passed away i miss him but what can i do❤🐇❤❤
the thing is where i come from the manimal medicine field is not at all developed and the city i live in has 0 vet clinics and the only vet clinic on our country is more than 10 hours away
I've had a small rabbitry for 7 years now so I have 15 rabbits. My protocol. As soon as I notice a bunny not interested in food and facing the other way when I bring food and not coming to the front of the cage- I fill 15 x 1ml syringes with electrolyte solution 15ml is equal to 1 tablespoon and syringe it into the mouth. For a larger rabbit you might want to do up to 30ml which woud be two table spoons. I use the 1ml syringes because since they are small my rabbits seem to accept them better. Then I massage the rabbits tummy and put it back in its cage. I wait an hour and do 15ml (one tablespoon) agains (so my rabbit has had two tablespoons electrolyte solution). If my rabbit doesn't seem better in an hour after that, I call the vet. My protocol is based on a paper written by phd vet sciences Dana Kremples who writes for the house rabbit society. Her paper stressed that when they do necropsies on rabbits with GI stasis they usually find the intestines are dehydrated. So I hydrate hydrate hydrate. I also have learned how to do enemas. Enemas can save bunnies lives. There is a really good video on how to do enemas on rabbits if you search youtube you will find it.
It really depends on each specific instance of stasis and the particular bunny. In my experience, it takes 2-3 days for the bunny to be pretty much back to normal symptom-wise.
@@HooksHollands thanks for responding, she is back to normal except for bloating, even with drops and massage. I hate seeing her uncomfortable. I just put her on infant probiotics today to see if that works better.

@@littlecupcakespuppies I’m so sorry
Don't forget about no colored "treats" mixed in their pellets
I wish I knew this yesterday, my bunny started acting weird at night and the vet was closed so I was gonna take him early in the morning but he was gone 💔 I feel heartbroken
😭i was playing on my computer when i Sent to my room and saw my rabbit on the floor with a belly that looked like a ballon
I’m so sorry I feel heart broken because we think it is my rabbits last day on earth today. I hate this problem that rabbits get.
my bunny died, that him in the pic, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS
Umm those are her bunnies I thought......
_glossy mcnuggets_ shes talking abt her profile picture.
Glad it was helpful!
I love your videos! You have been a huge wealth of information to me and my Bun. Thank you for taking the time to do these videos.
I want one SOOOO bad! Just applied 😁 I miss my bunny he died a few years ago, he was 8
Thank you so much for this video, you have probably saved my rabbits life!! I knew she had gas, but wouldn't have called the vet tonight if I'd not seen your video telling me this is an emergency. She's currently doing much better 💞 thank you so so much!!! 💞🐇💞
We just tried this. Fingers crossed that bunny is feeling better in the morning!
Life According To Theo how are they now?
@@lorynnn8274 hey is your bunny ok? what did you do?
I can't thank you enough, my rabbit was very sick and i saw this video and gav him pineapple juice and gas relief medicine every few hours and gave him grass and after 5 hours or so he was looking better and was starting to move again. Thank you so much💕
Glad it helped!
Thank you for trying to help i just had one of my buns die pass in my arms i got to her too late.
Your buns are so happy.u have a gift
I lost my beautiful boy today. He would have turned 4 tomorrow. Second bout of stasis. First time, I was able to pull him through, but not this time. I did all I could but he died in.my arms. Thank you for all your good info.
I'm sorry for your loss...it's so very sad to lose our fur babies. :(
thank u sooooo much! my bunny almost died but u saved his life
My bunny was acting werid this moring and like flopping over when i tryed to sit her up but i had to go to school I pray she's alive when i get home so i can take her to the vet
How is she?
TYSM i worry about gi stasis and i needed this video. I will give my rabbit good care and give her more hay than usual to prevent this
Love ur bunnies and your channel
I LOVE your videos!! Very informative and I appreciate them so much!
Thanks for the great info! My bunny, Roo, says, “thank you”, too!!! ❤️🐰❤️
I don’t even have a bunny but I’m watching this cuz it was in my recommendation section..
some tips that i really hope may help your furry friend
This happened to my rabbit I could do nothing to save him🥺😔 we were going on vacation a few hours before he died😣 the closest vet was an hour away, so we called them and asked what we could do and they said that we needed to give him vegetable oil through a syringe😭 he did not make it, but I was by his side every time until he passed😔
All vets I called were booked until next week or didn’t take rabbits. I probably called every vet in my state,my bun has been sick for 3 days but we have been giving her cc , massages, a heating pad and letting her walk around and she has been more active
I lost her. We tried our best. But that wasn't enough. Im shattered , heart broken. Speechless.
I pray on owner should face this phase. 🙂
I am so sorry for your loss. I know how painful it is to lose a fur baby. :(
You can also put pineapple juice in a syringe and force them to drink it because pineapple juice goes straight into the rabbit stomach and when your done repeat it
Thank you so much. God bless you
My preacious baby died at 7months i think she had it bit the vet did not know what was wrong bit she had a bad seizure before her deth and i never saw her passimg i love you oreo rest in peace my baby girl
One of my rabbits died from Gi Stasis ;(
I'm sorry. I lost one to stasis as well and miss her dearly. :(
Me too, he passed at Easter a decade ago, the vet at the time didn't know what was wrong, wish I'd had this advice then, the symptoms you show are so clear, breaks my heart he suffered. Thanks for the advice and sharing your beautiful bunnies.
Hook's Hollands - Ohio Holland Lops i know, it’s so sad to lose a rabbit to any reason :(
rip YOUR RABBIT :(
I lost two rabbits yesterday to it as well. Wish I had known what it was.
very helpful for us beginner bunny owners!
Great advice!
Mine died around an hour ago, been crying since
I just want to ask this because my rabbit is suffering through the same and I just don't want to make anything worse
Is pineapple juice okay?
My bunny had this, luckily we got her to the vet in time and were able to be properly educated about her diet afterwards (more hay, less pellets!). She passed away from cancer eventually :(
Michaela Singer
Aww :(
😢I'm so srry i Iost alot of rabbits too some through disease some were eaten by mouse :(
I did all this and she passed today... she ate her favorite greens to the end. She was fighting but the mass on her abdomen got her. The vet didn’t even notice it until the 2nd X-ray. I’m just angry at them and myself. My rabbit was a freaking fighter even when she was in pain and that will now forever inspire me
I'm so sorry :(
Love your videos 🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰 Thanks for the edvice
Thanks for the info!! I'm getting a rabbit in 2 weeks and a half! I want to know everything!
Lol!
This was really helpful. Thank you
only saw this now and i wish i saw it sooner. my bunny was less than 3 months old and as a new bunny owner, we did not know about this but he had all the symptoms of gi stasis and just the fact that he was fine at night, 1am, and was gone in the morning. :')
Bro my mom just toke him to the vet this just might be the most I've ever cried
My rabbit tony died last night i couldnt sleep cause i knew he was going to die and i didnt want him to go
I lost my bunny to GI Stasis....I have another rabbit that I’ve had for 3 years but she was just different.I adopted her and the first time I saw her I picked her up and and she wasn’t calm with ANYONE that held her that day(it was at a local event the rescue went to) but me.She laid her head in my elbow and started licking me....I BEGGED my parent to let me adopt her.I love her soooo much.I had for a month and I lost her to GI Stasis.I noticed she was hunched in a corner and pooped all over her self(diarrhea) so we took her to the rescue because the lady that runs it knows how to treat it and the nearest vet was too far and my parents probably couldn’t afford it anyway. We left her there overnight for the lady to take care of her and she didn’t make it through the night😭
I'm sorry. :( It could have been an illness too, especially with the diarrhea.
Hook's Hollands - Ohio Holland Lops I did adopt her from a rescue so there’s no telling what her past was like
Thank You for this very informative video. This info can save your bunnies life. 🙏🏻🐰
I am very glad thanks i am so happy
Cool thanks for sharing. This is very educational
My bunny is dying right now I am just crying right now the vet is closed in my country it is 11 in a half AM I didn’t know it was sick writing this makes me want to cry more
I’m sure you did everything you could. Please don’t blame yourself
My rabbit died this morning but he was fine last Night I wish I saw this sooner
Thank you for the educational video!
Thank you so much for the info!!!
If it happens, as a first step it's crucial that you keep your rabbit warm.... their core-temperature crashes as a result of GI stasis.
I wish I had known this 5 months ago 😔
Thanks for this video! Know I know more about what to do when I adopt my bunny, and if she gets sick!
THANK YOU SO MUCH
My rabbit had GI Stasis one morning. It was a holiday and the nearest vet (who is about half an hour away from my house) was closed. :(
My bunny is 11 years old, 2-3 times it stopt eating in his life.
Thank you so much this helped my bunny:)
Thanks you tell
Hello I have been subbed to you for a long time and I live near u. I have a Californian rabbit and I love ur holland lops
My bunny eats and drinks but wont poop. Please help im really scared.
Mine too
@@angiewallace1596 give him anti gas drops. I found they help a lot! Hope you guys are doing good.
My flemish giant went through this and I quickly took him to a vet, it was $253, but it was worth it cuz now hes fine, he hates the meds though
There is a really good video on how to do enemas on rabbits if you search youtube you will find it.
thanks for the advice
This was super use full luckily my bun is okay
The video was nice, I wish you spoke more about how long it lasts and when the bloatness would subside.
Very informative - thanks!
My bunny just died this morning i wish i have known this bideo alot sooner

That was three years ago😭
