Great video, thank you, I never realised that you could just undo the two bolts on the front seat, leaving the mounting tray on the bike, a lot easier! I took off the pillion seat and footpegs when I first bought the bike, and recently fitted the touring rider seat. Several people have commented that the seat is better for longer journeys, but uncomfortable for short ones.
Personally, I've found it to be super for all types of riding, and it looks so much better too. Will be interesting to see how you get on with it. Safe riding, Best regards.
Yes, this is a much easier and faster way. I also think about removing the pillion seat because the look is much better 🙂 I will give a detailed feedback about the riding comfort soon. Cheers Marc

Recently added both touring seats to my 350 Classic. Great advice to wax frame under seat but suggest also applying some wax protection under both mudguards to stop rot from underneath. A bit of dismantling to do so but well worth it in the long run and provides peace of mind. Great videos. Thanks.

I wish they would do the ribbed seat in the low replacement as I have short legs & have swapped the original for the low one but think the ribbed one is far superior in looks.

Werde ich mir auf meine zukünftige 350er sicher auch montieren.
Freue mich schon auf deinen Praxistest mit dem neuen Sitz. Auch wenn diese etwas "härter" sein sollten - für diese Optik nehme ich das gerne in Kauf.

Change exhaust. After that you will get more fun❤. Get indori exhaust in your classic. I have installed in my classic. It sounds great & your video quality is awesome.

Can we replace classic bs4 seats with classic bs6?
Yes looks better, but as a shorty I can't give a mm in seat hight....
Every other seat installation video faffs around with the long through bolts to remove the bracket - this way seems so much easier! Even if anyone wanted to waxoil under the bracket, surely it would be easier to remove from the bike with the seat out the way? No brainier..?
