Help I accidentally pressed the wrong one now I got a purple light how do I fix it
For the people confused about why it says no command all you have to do is keep holding the power and volume button even when it says no command, just keep holding them
What about it just keeps on putting up the blue oculus logo what ever it is
Make sure it is also the volume down button and not the volume up button
The volume up button led me to no command screen

I keep getting glitches all the time with my headset now I can't open the Oculus menu and select anything I'm just in my home environment can't press any games can't go to the store my controllers are charged I can't pull up the Oculus menu no matter what

How does a suspension work?
@@Nah-._ basicilly your oculus account gets banned from all the features of vr until someone can verify the account so in my case i would have to sign in to oculus on my broswer then scan one of my ids like my drivings license or smth and if you dont verify your oculus account before a set date then the account gets terminated meaning that you cannot use any virtual reality headset using the account and theres no way to recover it but you can bypass the suspension but it comes with a risk because you can just factory reset the headset but that means you cant restore any purchases

I have not been able to connect to my air link and in the past read you will loose everything on the reset so I haven't done it. I don't have any videos or pics but this is great to know I'll still have my games. Can someone else confirm this AND will we still have the process in our game play?
You will lose everything such as games but they will just be uninstalled, data might be lost on some but all you have to do is redownload

I have the “social platform keeps stopping” message and when I try to factory reset the screen that has the options turns off so I can’t select factory reset.

I factory reset but after erasing everything it’s just a black screen
after i pressed device it did not show me advanced settings

It will remove your account and uninstall your games, but you don’t lose access to them. After you factory reset, you’ll be able to sign in with your account again and all your games will be there - you just need to install them

No, all of that is saved on your account. the factory reset will only reset the stuff installed on your headset, but all your purchased games will still remain on your account. You’ll just sign in after the factory reset and have access to them all
