Im actually surprised infrared light wasn't included here. Its honestly one of the best things you can get if you have trouble with the light in your room. You can play in complete darkness but still see everything.
some people are built different and never get motion sick (like me). so for those people taking breaks should really be done at maybe an hour instead, so you don’t get a headache from the tension and weight from the headset.
Pov you're me: Doesn't get bother by the base strap of Quest 2, can play a long time with the vr without getting sick, use the smooth turning and walk, plays intense immersions games ( without getting dizzy or sick). Hits the wall and some stuff from time to time.
4:57 i bought a second hand quest 2 last week, but it was in a really good condition, just like new. The 'straps' of controllers (idk how to call them) were unwrapped, the quest 2 was unwrapped... the man said it was a gift but he didnt liked it. Mine has the new Meta logo on controllers and on the headset, not like that in the video. What does this mean? Is this a really new produced headset?
0:56 when I first saw that you need one of those cloths to clean the lenses I thought “thank god I got my glasses 2 months ago” cuz idk where you get that type of cloth anywhere else… and I don’t really wear my glasses so it’s the only thing that cloth is cleaning
I remember playing rec room for the first time and that was the first time i had motion sickness, i dont have it no more, but i think it was because i was just getting used to vr.
Ill send u mine for 150. Only right controller is slightly damaged. Everything else is good condition, well taken care of, comes with all accessories and boxes
On the number 18 I agree with having a fan around if you live in a hot environment if you live in like maybe a cold one you don’t really need it as going outside into the cold is useful
one thing: for the straps, put your hands in the party away from the controller, this is how you are supposed to use them and they can be tightened better
My first time playing VR I played for an hour before I got a horrible feeling in my head. I threw up 3 times, took like a 15 minute break to come to my senses, then got right back on lol
To get the headset to comfortably fit your head expand the top head strap so the weight will be held at the top instead of having to strap it to your face
The oculus quest 2 now has an extension for glasses it works for me and the extension doesn’t affect the vr too much in size and weight Edit oops you already said that
Any chance you can help me I bought quest 2. All it's doing is meta logo I have reset it. It comes back on and does the same there's no menu no Bluetooth to connect to
Hey man, I'm having a problem with my quest i accidently bumped my head while wearing it now it doesn't completely show the background it has a blackline on either side now, Do you or anyone else have any ideas?
Correct me if I’m wrong. But I thought the et DID get rid of quest games going on to your pc. I just recently hooked mine up and I logged in to see none of my games in the library
I have my quest 2 completely upgraded such as 2 extra battery life boxes something that doesn't mwke lenses blur and a comfortable cusion on the front and back and there is a circle to adjust the side of the headset
Guys if your worried you might vomit while playing the game dw it only happens to people with a very weak stomach 😅 also don’t over work yourself just play for a few hours.
i woulda liked to know ab the wrist strap before playing beatsaber, my controllers are absolutley destroyed, the left controller dont have the black cover and both controllers have no joystick and both rings are cracked
I remember playing gorilla tag once for too long and I thought I was using my arms to move in life like the game because it was a new experience to me 😭

How the hell did your quest last that long
What do you mean by that
One time I was so immersed in gorilla tag that I lost track of time and I ended up playing for 6 hours lol
I do that every day lol and I am not joking
i played for 8 this one time and i forgot it was a game until the battery died
Bro y'all weird (entire morning from 6 am hard nerding noises*)
how do u play for 6 hrs? if ur charging while ur playing say goodbye to ur battery's lifespan
@@ukslays that's the only way if you play standalone

I can relate to the not getting sick I play for like the whole day and all I really get is a sweaty face and a tummy ache
I don’t see why people get motion sick,I did like 40 frontflips in a game of when your a Ragdoll and I didn’t get motion sick
@@pokemoore7929different ppl got different nerves
I dont rlly get sick i kinda do when i first hop into a game i gotta remember its vr 😂

👍
The prescription lenses is honestly such a dub for advice.
We must be twins
Same, but I don’t check the comfort level
I love how the quest 2 is designed so you have to buy extra stuff for a crazy price. Thank you for the info!
you dont have to. And the headset is only 300$ what do you expect.
You get too many features even at $400 lol
U mean u hate
You don't actually have to buy any of this stuff
You literally don’t have to buy any of it…
I’m not sure what it is but I much much prefer the smooth turning rather than the snap turning
I’m going to use all of these beside take breaks
Very helpful! Thank you 😊I’m excited about my new VR headset.
2:09 wait so they already support the quest 3 and its not even out? Are the just assuming it'll be the same shape as the pro?
What I did with my headset I turned my brightness all the way down, and my eyes just adjusted to it

It probably is, but it will be no different than an older quest 2, just cosmetic differences like the logo
2:40 i use the default headstrap and it works fine
5:07 its for if you hurt your thumb and cant push stuff so it goes for othere hand
could you possibly make a video on how to do the "grip trick"?
Crazy thing is I work in a warehouse and was considering playing on my break in my freight area definitely doing it now 😅
I played my oculus for two hours today and I never threw up
I never use the controller straps
Is it bad for my Vr to have a case on it will it over heat quick?
i love that i will have to buy even more things after i get my oculus quest 2 on my birthday
2:03 jmanculry
im getting a vr in 2 weeks for my bday so ill use these

3:45 i need the glasses spacer bc when i use my headset without it my eyelashes brush against the lenses and its very irritating
I have had my quest for 4 years and never felt sick!
we are the league of brain ain't having none of this
what is the song that starts at 6:44?

5:05 just in case 1 of your controllers broke. While playing gtag😂
Get the Quest 3
Juh uh lil bluddy
This is so useful! Thankyou
Fun Fact: Wearing glasses in VR is absolutely safe! Tip: Make sure you put your Quest on right if you want to wear them.
Me watching this as if I have a Quest 2

Getting mine in around 2 weeks SO EXCITED!!!
Getting mine in four days
I just have naturally long eyelashes so I use the glasses spacer to keep my eyelashes from touching the lenses cause it's really annoying.
This was very helpful thanks!
Time to change the thumbnail 😂
one thing: for the straps, put your hands in the party away from the controller, this is how you are supposed to use them and they can be tightened better
I play for hours on hours if I want, no vomit. 0:39
All 3 settings for the eyes adjustment does not look different too me. Help
I heard that they did not recall the foam covers only the replacement part because people were alergic too the material.
I have been enlightened
Also I still clean my head set with a baby wipe 😅
maybe i should try that out lol
My first time playing VR I played for an hour before I got a horrible feeling in my head. I threw up 3 times, took like a 15 minute break to come to my senses, then got right back on lol
i like how you said in another video "that i swear to god no one will ever play" and now you recomending it lol
I have prescription glasses and I’m wondering because I have multiple cloths to clean my glasses should I use one of those to clean it up

do you have quest with 128gb or 256gb?
4 TIP*? I am playing for 6 hours and i have VR only 4 months and i never felt dizzy
Whats that thing that you put on the nose part of your oculus ?
People say you can throw up while playing vr when I’ve never had head aches that bad nor have any one I’ve known
i can play along time in vr but the battery life sucks so i have to get off lol
I just have it being charged with a 3m long cable while playing
I use the spacer without glasses. Its easier on my eyes and clears up the blurriness
I like the headstrap that the quest 2 comes with and I also like the controllers
"you can throw up after just thirty minutes of playing" avarage gorilla tag user: Pathetic.
That game isn't even that extreme
Thank you I just bought a vr.
I have a tip make sure you turn off your Vr when charging I forgot to turn it off and it didn’t charge

Great Video 😊
What do I do if I lose the special towel to clean the eyes?
Use the ones that come with glasses
Don't use your straps like that. Put the pinch by the controller, then put that by your wrists. You have slack and the controllers won't fall. 4:30

DONT Use the glasses spacers they dont really work and thats how my oculus got scratches but you could get some oculus lens protector
I just put my glasses in the Nvr and play then I just have to clean my glasses every once a while
I use a BOBOVR Head Strap, Improved Wrist Straps, VR Cover, BOBOVR Cooling Fan, KIWI Knuckle Straps, and a link cord (NOT by oculus)

idk if im lucky or smth but when i use vr i dont get sick at ALL
