I just recently moved to Spain two months ago and these videos have been so helpful! I'm becoming much more confident with learning Spanish now. There are many language teaching videos out there, but I think this guy is the best one I've found. The explanations are simple and don't drag on. The teacher is also charismatic and actually looks like he enjoys helping others learn. Please don't stop making videos!! :)

Muchas Gracias Hermano
Glad it helped!
You are great!!
I wanted to ask when are you starting English courses for spanish speakers ?
Hola Danny. Otro gran lección. Disfruto mucho tu enseñanza. It might be interesting for French speaking people to say that it's exactly the French "DE". Your examples could be translated into French using the same "DE".
Thanks a lot 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
You are welcome 😊
Who else is combining these Spanish classes with Duolingo?

Hello sir, Is there some rule under which we can use 'de' as 'about' in a sentence or we can use 'de' as 'about' in any sentence and anytime?
Where can I find the language tutor for Spanish speakers trying to learn English?
In the sentence "estoy feliz de estar aquí", which of these functions is the "de" fulfilling? (When I typed the English sentence into Google, I was expecting the "de" to be a "que". Now I am more confused.🤔). Thank you for any help.
Is there a method to just think like this? Like switching words around like that?
Hello sir, can you please make a video on verb Costar?
Hey Danny, tengo un pregunto sobre "medio voz" en español.
What is it? I did a brief online lesson about it yesterday where the lesson centred around the use for "se". It gave four uses: reflexive (levantarse etc), reciprocal (se miran), impersonal statements (se habla español en Bolivia) and for the middle voice. I'm familiar with the first three but can't wrap my head around this topic. Do you have any insights into this that you could share? Muchas gracias, your vids are great
I don't know what it means "middle voice" but I can say that "se" is used as a substitute for "le" or "les" when they are immediately followed by "lo, la, los, las". e.g. you say "LE dí el libro" but you must say "SE LO dí" instead "LE LO dí". It's called "fake se". In addition, you can use a "se" called "ethical dative". This is an emphatic, ponderative, expressive, colloquial, affective pronominal reinforcement that underlines the person who performs the verbal action and the subject's interest in the expressed action: e.g. you can say "Ella sabe todas las canciones de Rosalía" but you can emphasize it saying "Ella SE sabe todas las canciones".
I got stuck learning Spanish around the level B1.1. What I learned was completely on my own. What do you recommend for me, Sir?
Lo que he aprendido era a mi mismo en espanol pero ahora alrededor de B1 yo me siento que yo no puedo aprender mas. Que recommendia para superar esta miedo? Muchas Gracias.
Hola 👋 lo que necesitas son amigos con cuales puedes hablar el español. Porque no haces un perfil en italki, o algo de esa manera? Haz visto series en español? Escuchas canciones en español? 😋
I agree with Ashley. Get connected with people who speak it and just start practicing every day. Polyglotclub.com is supposed to be good as well.
Sir i need your help
Can you tell me when to use which and what is the difference
I was singing and my sister was dancing
1:- yo cantaba y mi hermana bailaba
2:- Yo estaba cantando y mi hermana estaba bailando
3:- yo estaba cantando y mi hermana estuvo bailando
2) camilo and juan were playing at the park when it started raining
1:- Camilo y juan jugaban en el parque cuando empezo a llover
2:- camilo y juan estaban jugando en el parque cuando empezo a llover
Can you tell me
am i missing something??
simple imperfect - used to, i was working
Progressive preterite simple past going on action (no story)
Progressive imperfect (when we are talking about past progressive going on action with details
They work the same. You'll hear both forms in Spanish. They both mean something was going on in the past.
@@TheLanguageTutor thanks for this response.. i was worrying too much.. 😊 gracias
Can use explain the use of "de" in "va de vacionnes" and "va de compras" ?
I don't understand that either! Nos iremos de vacaciones - here we have 'de' meaning on
Actually, I think there is a reason for this. Another use of the preposition ‘de’ is for when it’s being more specific for verbs and adverbs. In those verbs, we aren’t just going… we are going SHOPPING or going VACATIONING. It’s just like in the sentence:
“The test is easy to copy”.
The person writing/saying this sentence is not saying that the test is easy.. as if they took the test and the information and questions were easy, but instead that it was easy TO COPY. So since there was more to the sentence, it would be “La prueba es fácil de copiar”.
I hope this helped! It took me a while to find a reason for this use of ‘de’ but I felt so much better after I found it!
que bueno
Gracias!
Which example covers "de" in this sentence, "I fish different lakes in the area"? Sometimes translators say "de" instead of "en"
Sir I am from India and our South Asian accent is bit different from others,so can I be able to speak Spanish fluently.
India has many languages of its own with different sounds and intonations. This makes it easier for Indians to learn any language. If you have a genuine interest and are serious about your learning then you can learn any language. Try it out. All the best!!
@@bm7790 he is talking about the accent not the ability to learn
accent can be tricky
sometimes it's the way the tongue is placed like the r and l of american accent aren't like other languages, sometimes it's the way your mouth opens or sometimes it just the way you talk
the question I have can you speak English without an indian accent? if you could you can surely do a Spanish accent
@@Manell90210 I am also talking about the accent. Indian languages have a minimum of 40 to 52 alphabets which have their own unique sounds. There are 4 kinds of 'R' sounds in some languages. I know 4 Inidian languages. I speak English with a British accent as that is how I had been taught to speak in my school. I also speak German, Spanish and Japanese. I know what I am talking about. I don't have the affinity to comment about anything and everything. I did so here as I wanted to assure Mr. Ravi Surana that it is possible. And by the way, I have a near native knowledge and accent of all the foreign languages that I have mentioned. So, in this case, I think I know what I am talking about, more so because I, myself am a teacher of Spanish language in an International school here in my country. Thank you all for your comments.
It's ok! Just practice and you'll get better. My American accent still sneaks into my Spanish sometimes as well.
Can i say 2 de 5 es 3? when using math with my daughter?

ty, i have a question sir !
Puede decirme cómo usar ‘de que’por favor?
Could someone please direct me to the lesson which would teach me to say this sentence "I am exposed to The heat of the furnace everyday."
Basically I want to be able to convey that someone is exposed to something regularly in definite intervals.
Please help me...
👌👍
idk if anyone responds, but does anyone know which “de verdad” falls under?
I don’t understand when to use de an a when you’re talking about “next to the... or close to the...” I’m confused on those 2 words
having trouble with one phrase: I wash my hands before lunch = me lavo las manos antes del almuerzo. Why isn't it just "el" instead of "del" ... almuerzo?
"Yo vivo al lado de un hotel."
How do you explain that one then?
sobre vs. de?
To say from where a person is, don't we use desde??

Can you please do a episode on possessive adjectives.
I am just now understanding that these words are very different than possive pronouns and prepositional pronouns.
