I love breakfast sausage but the Johnsonville sausage contains corn syrup as an ingredient. Will that be an issue with consuming a ketovore diet and having a processed and inflammatory ingredient?
Hi Neisha, I'm trying to pinch too. But sometime we just need to splurge, and get the good grade. I'm finding that the meat marked down at krogers like ribeye, and catfish both I've experienced this last week isn't worth the pinch! The best results I've found on marked down meats are from my local fresh thyme store. Catfish was nasty! And ribeye to tuff, and ribeye should never be tuff. I'm running out of least expensive options! Me and my boyfriend(13yr relation) are thinking about deer hunting this year, and maybe split a cow with our neighbor. We are doing really good on keto, 5 wks in now. I've lost 16 and he's lost 19 thank you and your husband for helping us with the new way of living!
I may try carnivore, my boyfriend does it with me and we have both talked about it. But, i think I'd miss my veggies,. He would be fine totally a big meat lover

There is just I order online on Amazon (Whole Foods) free delivery and I go to Costco once a month and also just got a Butcher Box subscription .. to check out. The rib eyes were the best I’ve ever had. So delicious. Can’t wait to see your coffee vlog.
Your chickens won’t be playing much right now. They follow the seasons with egg production. They probably will not leave anything at all on the shortest day of the year. They will then start laying more as it gets lighter and the days get longer.
