Human beings are inherently selfish

Monk, I realized I don't just get everything I enjoy right now
without the sacrifice and consideration of others, I am living as much as I can.
In the meantime, I came upon two problems.
The first is that some of my acquaintances are uncomfortable with me.
The second thing is that my heart looking at them is very uncomfortable.
When encouraging people to participate in small ways, and in turn met with their selfish hearts, I initially feel regret and anger
Sometimes I see myself turn it into a fury
Is there an easy way for me to see those people who only seem selfish?
