It was nice kick. And mom made me doing it outside-even more sweat. I'll be absent for the next 10 days but I'll walk more (not because to lose calories,usually at that place I go on a vacation daily I walk around 10 km). I'll miss the workouts with you,for real 😅
Hey Fitness KayKay! This one was really tough today, as temperature is above 30°C. Do you have any recommendations to stay fit even on such hot summer days with 30°C and beyond? The problem is, I start working really early in the morning, thus there is no time to do sports in the morning an later on it is simply too hot to do much, but still I want to do something and also have the feeling that I have done something. Abschluss meiner Trainingswoche. Mit Muskelkater in den Beinen nicht das perfekte workout rausgesucht. Aber ich konnte gut abschalten und bin bereit für das Wochenende. Morgen beginnt dann die neue Woche. Kleiner Wunsch am Rande, ich liebe das Ende, noch kurz paar Sekunden nur da liegen. Wenn möglich wäre noch toller wenn man die Musik am Ende leiser schneidet, also das die gleich beim Schnitt leiser gemacht wird. Falls sowas geht. Lg
Thank you. I always fear to get injuried when I do push-up on the shoulders (the Downward Dog Push-Up), but I was able to do the Hindu PushUp (at 11:45) and win my fear. This fear was unmotivated but still block me when I want to do some exercise (like the Downward Dog Push-Up). Thank you for help me
