I have followed so many of them over the years and I am 53. You definitely are at the top of my list. Thanks for the variety and challenge of your workouts. On top of it all you seem to be a really down to earth kind person. I appreciate that too. :)
This is a great short HIIT video. On days I do HITT training, I will do 25 minute weight training (either upper or lower body) then exercise to this video. Perfect.

I'm so glad I found your channel. It's been only a few weeks that I've been following your workouts-resistance band and HIIT. This is one workout that kicked my butt. I took about 50 minutes to finish it and my heart rate was constantly high. This is my favourite workout now. Lot's of love and heartfelt gratitude 💓

Montag ist der neue Sonntag ;-) Scherz, soeben dein Tabata von gestern gemacht. Dabei gewisse Übungen mit 2x 2kg-Hanteln. Macht einfach riesen Spass mit dir. Vor allem: Weil man deine Übungen auch einfach variieren kann. Danke fürs heutige "Mittrainieren" :-)
Thank you so much! Tabata workouts are supposed to be shorter because it’s constantly HIIT. And your are supposed to hit it really hard at your high intensity limits. ❤️🔥 It doesn’t make toooo much sense to create them too long. But I will think about it and create a longer one again. 🙏🏼 but definitely not more than an hour. Thank you for your feedback.
