hey! i have a tip that everyone should try if they have this printer!! if you are having problems removing support remove it after the rinsing process not the curing because the resin is not fully cured and so will be easier
Loved the review mate! How is it holding up? I'm about to make the purchase but currently torn between the halot one and the photon mono. Which one do you think it's better?
If you want this printer with the UK plug you will be charged an additional £70, I would go with a £5 travel adapter as long as you get a switching power pack with the printer
Hi Andrew, where can i find the info that Halot one with the UK plug for being charged an additional £70, i purchased at the Official Website:www.creality.com/,there is no price difference at the plug.
@@jonnylee1891 I already bought the Voxelab Proxima 6" 2K Mono as the Halot was out of stock the day after its release, they also do a masssive 4K model for $499 thats worth looking at, I think the £70 overcharging could be an error unless it is a stealthy Brexit Tax LOL
My brother got a Halot-one and he is kindly letting me use it for time-lapses for my channel, but when it came today, the LCD screen that projects the UV was cracked in the corner! Is that something to be worried about? IT's just a small crack about the size of a hair.
I’ve had a very similar thing happen, but much worse. I had a print fail and crack a significant portion of the screen, while the crack is centered in an area the size of a pea, the cracks spread to nearly half the screen. All my prints still print fine lmao So I keep printing
Great video as always, i think would be useful if you compare the results of the same project prindet by and FDM and a Resin one, to see if there are substancial differences
Do you need to always cure the artifact with alcohol and UV light? What happens if you don’t have the curing machine, is this a required and necessary equipment for this printer?
even if this guy was talking trash about us i will still watch him his english is just unique

The washing and curing machine could also work nice as a turntable!

Everywhere i look the UW-01 lacks the DRY function, i ordered one that also lacks this function, where can you find this model with aditional fans?

@@solardile7143 Ouch.
Extraction? Or are we just breathing in resin fumes?

Remove the support before curing. Will leave a smaller mark
Judging by the way the base plate is unevenly submerging in resin, it appears to not be level

The resin will be soft if you don’t cure it. It’s washed in the alcohol to remove the excess resin. You can also cure prints in sunlight
the resin is hazardous to our health. if you do not wash and cure it, it would cause irritation and sickness if if came in contact with skin
Gud review. Nicely ;) done.
I might have to get me one of these. I'm just not sure it money would be better spent getting a better fdm though.
I get the fdm too, the prints quality for both , i go for resin.
@@jonnylee1891 no
Is the wash and curing machine required to print?
no
Why can’t I buy the UW-02!!! NOOOOO

Don't touch uncured resin even with gloves on
