Shit won’t even turn on for me after I charged it. Turned on for a minute as soon as I closed it up and tried to turn it back on.. nothing… have to keep taking the battery out then placing it back in for it to turn back on.
i think you have to have a memory card and it saves automatically. My memory card is 128 gb (the camera can handle from a range of 32gb to128 gb memory card)
PLEASE HELP, even if ur seeing this yrs in the future or msth. It keeps making this rlly loud highpitched beep whever i press a button and it bothers me so much. Also it does this quick music sequence when i open it and i cant figure out how to turn that off either. Also how do i listen to a video iv recorded, when i play back a video its mute and i dont know if theres a volume button or msthing like that, or is there no sound. (i dont have a mic so do i have to get that for noise?) PLEASE REPLY!!!!
@elynchoudhry2466 in the settings where you can see the gear somewhere there it should say: button promt you can press turn off and below the button promt there should be a button called: on/off Music. You can press close there:} hope that helped
thanks for the replys guys but i had to return the product because it literly malfunctioned and turned off randomly. the screen went black and it wouldnt turn on, it only made the anoying hihg pitched beeping sound whever i turned it on. (i didnt even do anything to it, i just left it on the charger one day, returned to it an hour later and it was broken.)
Well i broke mine too, when i was using the screen, it just suddenly didn’t work but when I connected wifi, it still worked perfectly but the zoom doesn’t work.

@@codeincloud5583 do not because these cams record only 720p quality at 25fps plus they are super unstable. also, they do worse off in low light. They are branded as 4k cuz China doesnt care 🤣

You can’t connect it wirelessly, you always need a USB port or an SD card reader for your mobile! I hope it helps you!

You can chage the volume by going to a video and pressing the up or down button (only works on video not the annoying beep thing)
