- @FringeSportHQ Men's Wonder Bar 20kg Disassemble and Review. I'm really digging this bar as an affordable imported bearing bar for beginning to intermediate Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit. The design and build is outstanding for this price point. And CrossFit athletes will appreciate the sandpaper-like grippy but not aggressive knurling.

Great video. Never taken as bar apart before.
Appreciate it, brother! Powerlifting bars usually have brass bushing instead of bearings and really don't need to be taken apart unless they are rusty or damaged.
@@ClarksvilleBarbellClub I bought a Rogue Ohio Power bar awhile back. The red one that’s in videos. An been doing deadlifts with it. The gym has titan deadlift bar. So I looked up difference an we are going to start using deadlift bar from now on. Will be buying Rogue Ohio deadlift bar next.
An also I talked to Corey about doing workout collabs with other channels that are close around. We are in Spartanburg, SC
@@vulcanfist3007 I'm thinking about getting Ohio power bars for the gym. They have blemished ones for $225 on their site. I have a Texas deadlift bar that I really like deadlifting with. Everything is just getting so expensive.

Training has been steady. Our coach moved to a new gym, so we followed him there. It's also closer to our house! I started training with him again instead in the garage gym.
