Hi, I have needle bearing barbell. Its no brand so I have no idea if I re-assembly correctly. There is needle bearing x1 at the end + Washer x1. I am not sure which order is correct. 1.) Put Needle Bearing in first then push Washer. OR 2.) Put Washer in first and then Needle Bearing. Thanks.
Most time u go (1.) with the Needle Bearing and at the end the washer. The washers hold the "shaft" in place. Just disassembled and cleaned one this morning...

What was the lubricant used??
Hello Frederico! Thank you for your comment. You may use any type of lubricant and anticorrosive solution on our Olympic Bars.
Seems like this barbell has bushings not bearings. No bearings were exposed at any point in this video..
At the 1:49 mark you can see the internal needle bearings as he holds it up somewhat at the camera.
