Right now, it is easier to stay focused on establishing these habits because, as I said before, I work in education and I'm on summer break. The real task for me is to retain that focus when I return to work and that "multi-task" mentality kicks back in. I am hoping that by the end of the challenge, I have established those good habits to move forward. Let's Go 🦁

I have a question about the fixed-point visual focus part. Do we have to focus abt the things we are looking (is it the same like meditating where we only focus to our breath ) or our mind can drift to anywhere else but our eyes are locked into that specific thing ?
Good question, the purpose is to engage our visual system, so try and quiet your mind while just focusing on the target point. I believe it’s best to focus on what you’re looking at specifically (aka try to not let your mind wander because then your focus becomes on your thoughts and not your visual cue). I like to count while I do this or simply force myself to think of nothing if that makes sense
