If you make the videos available on YT why would people buy them? Btw I bought them. I'm fitting them into the T25 workout program from Beachbody. Beachbody does not have a kettlebell workout.....yet.

You shouldn’t start with a kettlebell that’s heavier than you can handle. I started with a 10lb one and after getting the hang of all 6 exercises, I started over to the first one using a 15lb kettlebell.
