Wow, I'm sure that Mike Portnoy and Mike Mangini will absolutely love your killer and badass drumming performance, Brian 🥁🎵🎶Rock on for your new week, my friend🤘🔥
Hope they check my channel out one day-- I cover alot of DT. Anyway, thank you, Tim. 🎶🥁🎶
Wow !! So fantastic !! You always make me amaze !!!!🥢🥁👌👌

I appreciate the big like, Jace! This album is awesome and I've enjoyed covering so much of it. ⚡🥁⚡👍👊🎼
Sounds awesome Bryan! Perfect work as always.
Glad you enjoyed it, Ben. This one is a powerful conclusion to this album. Thanks for watching, as always. Love your channel. Btw, my name is spelled, Brian.
And thanks, you for sharing it. Just saw that.
Omg omg omg!!!!!! Boy oh boy!!!!! I really enjoyed this one!!!!!!!!! ☝️ your such a great drummer 🥁 you nailed this power ballad/ progressive ballad!!!!!!!!! I love ❤️ it soooooo much!!!!!!
Thank you very much, Bryan. This song is the conclusion to this DT album. This one has everything, from the wide dynamics to changing in phrasing (marching section) and a very powerful outro. I feel that the work I've done on this DT album turned out very well-- I covered 14 songs from it. Glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes this DT album gets overlooked--- it shouldn't. It's amazing. 🎶🎶🥁🎼🎹
@@precisepercussion that marching section was phenomenal,,,,, do you realize how good you are!!!! lol 😝 that was awesome
That's very kind of you, Bryan. So glad to have fans like you.
@@precisepercussion of course my bro,,,, anytime for you
Another great DT song!!!! Excellent drumming, Brian!!!! 👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥🔥
That's very kind of you to say, Chris. Thanks. This song is the conclusion to this particular album. 🎶🎶🥁🎼🎹
@@precisepercussion Aha!!! Like the final movement of a symphony or an opera!!!! 👍👍👍👍
@@chrisdurhammusicchannel Precisely. This is a conceptual album; thus, this song is the end of the story/journey.
An excellent cover for an excellent song. Well done Brian
New album soon with Portnoy
Thank you so much, Fred. This was a large album to cover. I'm sure the new album will be a special one-- really think the title of it should be "Another" Dramatic turn of events.
Also, please come check out my percussion tutorial series "Name That Rudiment", where I cover rudiment mastery, along with "How to Play" examples from many songs. 40/40 episodes have been completed! Here's the link to the entire playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLS1npMS9Mbgb7vSke-DhChhvqCIzf-Pr1.html
For this one, I switched from an Evans Clear Drumhead to the Evans EC2 Coated Drumhead. How's it sound?

Beautiful cover of this amazing song my friend! Nice sound mix! That snare part is cool! The end is so epic🤘🤘🤘
Thank you very much, Tobi. It really is an amazing conclusion to this album. Glad you enjoyed it and the mix. I used the drum-head I thought would sound best for the marching section. Yes, the outro is something special. 🤘🤘🤘 Nice job on "Critical Acclaim"-- another challenging song that you've taken. I used to cover A7X regularly. Their drumming was top-notch, w/ The Rev & M. Portnoy. The rest of the drummers they've had I do not believe have done them justice.
@@precisepercussion Thanks man! Your snare sounds perfect! And on the A7x drummers I couldn't agree more. I'm practicing double bass endurance like the Rev did. Boring but effective. My actual cover is 'Natural Born Killer' of them. I believe it's recorded by MPortnoy and written by TheRev. I'm getting closer to my next goal - Angra Temple Of Hate. Love this song, but it's a real hard one man....
@@3L3V3NDRUMS Sounds great! The entire album is quite impressive. It's amazing that M. Portnoy put that all together for them so quickly. That's the album w/ Nightmare, right?? Another amazing song.
@@precisepercussion Yeah that's from Nightmare!
Thought so... some of their albums run together, for me. Is "Angra Temple Of Hate" on that one, also?
