    • @KawaiiSakura98
      @KawaiiSakura98 6 років тому +18

      Her sores just healed. Topical treatments don't work that well for cystic acne because it's under the skin and it rarely surfaces ( under the epidermis and in the dermis with the blood and nerves and stuff which is why it's a painful form of acne). Topical treatments can help prevent cystic acne by killing bacteria on the surface before it gets in but it doesn't treat the acne itself. And chances are if she has cystic acne naturally, whether she wears makeup or not, she'll still get it no matter how clean her face is.

    • @Kelly-dz3oz
      @Kelly-dz3oz 6 років тому +4

      I' m wondering though, she's seeing a dermatologist. So she might be on other topicals or other medications which could have affected her skin.

    • @meldiacalcod1602
      @meldiacalcod1602 6 років тому +2

      Senpais favorite everyone's skin is different and for alot of people who have cystic acne, makeup isn't a factor because it's genetic and some people have acne but don't have sensitive skin so not wearing makeup wouldn't change anything. her acne isn't gone, the active breakouts just closed up and it evened her skin tone a bit which made it look like there was less acne as well. masks are a temporary fix but I'm sure she understands that as she's seeing a dermatologist and more than likely on medication or using a topical treatment already.

      cherry c. After a mask like this you should use a toner, serum, and moisturizer. Unless you are doing a hydrating mask or an overnight mask. jenna zabaneh not really. It does wonders when it comes to acne prone skin. I clears up and blemishes but when it comes to any dark spots I’d say no. Buuuuut you can use witch hazel to clear up dark spots, that does the job. Or use Palmers cocoa butter formula. That usually clears up my dark spots that i get.

      Alexis DelPrete it says right on the tub that you should use it once a week. This is a very harsh mask especially using apple cider vinegar. I'm sure if you used water than you could use it more often than once a week but the apple cider vinegar seems to work better. But even after one use you'll see a big change

    Whatever you guys do, if you have sensitive skin, DO NOT use apple cider vinegar especially the unfiltered, raw version. It will absolutely destroy your face, it will cause skin irritations, acne, and even a face burn. If you intend to keep using the healing clay, just use water and maybe include your favorite face oil. Speaking from personal experience, it took forever to get my skin back to normal.

I’ve been using this for about a year. I would recommend this for anyone regardless of their skin type. I have combination skin. My t zone can get oily sometimes but my skin is clear 85-90% of the time. This mask minimizes pores like no other. There is nothing else on the market like it.

    So here's some help! Use apple cider vinegar, put it on semi thick. It's easy to mix in a zip lock bag and cut the tip off like cake icing. DO NOT LET IT DRY! When it drys and cracks that is what it's doing to your skin. When you start to feel it tighten use a spray bottle with water or just dab some water on your face. Leave for 30 min. Then rub it off with warm water, then cold, then lotion. And done! Works wonders!

    Your skin is expected to be more flushed after using those types of clay masks because it brings all the blood flow towards the surface of your face which that’s how it helps with acne (white blood cells are what dilute the puss/dirt in your pores).

    go get your radiant skin babes, thank me later x

Regardless they are both trying to either get rid off or minimise their spots. Therefore this video is useful to both people with both types of acne.

    I’ve been using this for about a year now and just recently I put it on too thick and left it on for too long (it says 30 minutes but I left it on for around 2 hours) and it broke my blood vessels on my cheeks and around my nose. It’s also very drying so give your skin time to recover between uses. It’s not smart to use it back to back days. Your skin will be red after use but that’s normal. Use a good moisturizer after you take it off. When you rinse, be careful not to let big chunks drain in the sink because it will clog. This was a problem for me at first but now I take it off with a dark washcloth. A white washcloth will stain. Hope this helped! It’s a great mask and it works well for cystic acne and especially well for drying out small pimples. Don’t use this where you don’t need to use it. For example, it’s quite painful around your cheeks the first time you use it so if you don’t have acne there, don’t bother. ALSO DONT USE METAL UTENSILS WHEN MIXING. Use plastic!

    I use this mask a lot and let me tell you it is VERY DRYING. If you have dry skin I do not recommend using this more than once a week & hydrate your skin afterwards with a thick face cream. It works wonders but will overall start to dry out your skin it's pulling everything out of your pores. Over dry skin can actually cause more breakouts because your pores are being clogged with dead skin cells. They should put a disclaimer on this video about different skin types not everything will work the same on you.

      saraanneaz hey girl, I have super dry skin too. Mine is also acne prone 😐 (a very frustrating combination) and bentonite clay is a bit too strong for me, I use it for a deep clean like every 1-2 months for maintenance purposes. But there are other clays out there that are FANTASTIC for dry skin. Morrocan red clay, French green clay, French pink clay, and kaolin clay (and they can be found inexpensively on Amazon or at vitamin shoppe), are the ones I've tried with tremendous success. They actively cleanse the skin, but they aren't as harsh as bentonite clay. Also, the liquid you use to mix makes a major difference. I swap between rosewater, green tea (freshly brewed), and Apple cider vinegar. I also add a couple drops of oil my mix (usually jojoba or olive, but honestly any good skin oil would do probably). Sorry for the super long comment. Just wanted to let all my dry skin beauties know! 😁 Hope this helps somebody out.

    • @MAC-uh3tl
      @MAC-uh3tl 6 років тому +1

      Jacey Kennedy you can still try it girl, it's more about what you mix it with. Green tea or rosewater would make it less harsh, but still give the same great benefits (see my other comment above this for a list of clays more suited to dry skin if you're not sold on bentonite clay, but still interested in a natural deep clean) Hope this helps you
