- Gojo has become a sensation these past few years and has set the standards a little to high for newbies to challenge and replace.
If Gege has incited endless hate then Gojo has fueled endless love. As cringe as that sounds, as true as it is. Though Gege and 3 of his generations will be well fed by the popularity and money Gojo has blessed upon the man.
But why would you bite the hand that feeds you? I'm gonna be petty here and say that Gege will bring back Mr. Worldwide, just to keep his revenue stream pumping.

You're very much right! It'll feel forced for him to return now since Gege has pretty much 100% confirmed it. Maybe if he's reborn and given the same treatment as Kite from Hunter x Hunter, it might make sense and feel more plausible 🥹😭

@@maunsters1427 and needing peace means he has to die? the society now is changing, no villains, no sukuna for good. his students are much stronger and can take the burden with him because they had to make some evil choices so he doesn’t have to be the only monster. and it’s still his choice we didn’t know what he chose, north or south, sukuna chose south obviously because he refused to change till the end and didn’t accept yuji’s offer.
Sometimes death is the best ending
Gojo needs to stay dead! If he survives then the threat that was Sukuna and the merger really came with no consequences, especially when many characters who were presumed dead are alive. Besides Gojo got his wish on not having to be the strongest and real human connection through death

Yeah Gojo death was just for shocking value. Gege knows Gojo is loved thats why he decided to kill him. Just to make the readers sad about his death... thats it.
Because for the narrative Gojo being alive would not change anything, really.
Its even a clichê the mentor character always being killed.
Plus gege hates gojo thats why everything about him is off screen.
@lain5858 yesss his death felt so underwhelming. Not a single character cried for him and it was just written off like he was some random side character. And like you said, Gojo was the driving force behind Jjks popularity. It's honestly crazy how badly he treated the very character that earned him all that fame 😭
