The fact is that endings S and A are very reminiscent of the ending of the film Phenomena (a film that was a strong inspiration for the Clock Tower saga) where in the end Jennifer is saved by a chimpanzee from being killed by a killer who, in the case of the game, are crows.
Also another of Argento's films, "Opera"(where the crows track and attack the killer). Watching "Phenomena"for the first time after playing to the first ending of "Rewind".
Even if this is more Clock Tower 2, I’m happy that Jenifer is one of the few horror game characters that can finally rest after the 2nd game. After the terrifying stuff she’s gone through, she’s earned it.
really pissed off that finding Simon prior to going into the padded room with Walter makes him never spawn and locks you out of the good endings for some reason
I heard theory, that Jennifer turn on clocktower, everything around mansion has started returning to normal. And since Bobby (scissorman) is not normal demon child, his body began returning to normal condition, which is painful to him.
@@РоманПолянский-з1вInteresting theory considering a document in the game says to “stop the clock to make time stand still” and in another journal left by Jennifer’s dad he says the two demon children looked so fragile at birth they likely wouldn’t live more than a few days. Makes sense then that they survived for so long (however long it’s been since her dad was taken hostage) if time literally stands still.
The story's a little bit bonkers, but believe it or not Mary stopped time itself by turning off the Clock Tower. Scissorman is a demon child with all sorts of deformities and illnesses and wasn't supposed to live long after being born. By stopping time, Mary was able to put Scissorman's ailments on hold. When you start the clock again, all of Scissorman's illnesses rush back into him, overwhelm him, and kill him.
they performed a ritual to stop time since the boys bodies were decaying, once the clock tower was restarted time started flowing inside the manor again causing Bobby to start experiencing all the years of decay he had been putting off which is why he's all malformed
