    What i find more amazing about these guys is how quickly they stack the weights on, few sets & reps and hes up at 255. 50kg even 20kg jumps for me feels alot.

      @@coladud7061 it doesn't take leverage, limb length and how physics work in to account. A certain amount of pounds more weight doesn't equal the equivalent strength increase expected if that makes sense (I'm not good at putting my thoughts in to words).
