Dill bread recipe:
400 grams of wheat flour.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
6 grams of dry yeast.
Dill.
210 ml warm water.
30ml sunflower oil.
sunflower oil.
Brush with milk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Fresh bread is ready!

My Grandma was German as well and taught me to bake bread. She always hand shaped her loaves & never pinched seams. The only time I roll the dough with a rolling pin is if I am spreading something on the dough before rolling it up. I have taught many people to make bread & the thing I have heard to be the most intimidating to inexperienced bakers is adding steps that aren't really needed. You have many great recipes on here & I know the time of videos are important but the simpler you make them the more encouraging they will be to those who may be wanting to try their hand at baking. Just thought I would share this idea.

Ich habe zwei deiner Rezepte schon nach gebacken und es hat super geklappt und geschmeckt. Ich habe nur statt Weizenmehl jedesmal Dinkelmehl verwendet.😊 Deine Buchteln zum Beispiel sind so gut geworden, das meine Freundin dachte, ich hätte sie beim Bäcker gekauft. ein Abo habe ich gleich da gelassen und freue mich auf ganz viele Rezepte von dir.
