  • Time for an ab workout with the good ol' stability ball! It is such a handy, inexpensive piece of equipment that can really increase the intensity of your workouts! By adding instability to certain ab exercises it forces you to activate your core and other stabilizer muscles that often don't get used. I love using it in ab workouts for a serious burn.     I used to teach Pilates and a variety of sports conditioning classes and I have taken lots of online workout classes for myself- I think this was my favorite format I’ve ever taken! It felt very efficient and the perfect amount of time transitioning between exercises. I get distracted easy with lots of talking but I felt focused and the time flew by! So happy I found you!

    Yeah, finally a new stability ball workout!! Was so psyched, when i saw it in the may calendar, that i kept refreshing UA-cam today every hour and here it is, perfectly in time for a after-work sweat sesh!

    Okay, just finished and wow! this is intense! I'm definitely going to need practice on those mountain climbers. The sequencing is so good and makes transitioning to the next exercise easy and smooth. Love it, I'll be doing this one regularly!

    Ohhhh the love/hate of my stability ball! I hung in there thru most of it, had to let the ball go for the planks. Second set I was able to do 10 knee tucks!! Loved the work out! Thank you Heather. ❤️

    So glad I "bumped" into your site. The low-key approach to teaching appeals to me. I've tried more in-your-face folks here on YT, but the energy level of your approach is just right. Glad to see women my age highlighted on your website. That helps me feel included--I'm very fit for my age; not ready for the geezer workouts even though I am one. I have a 200-hour in Yoga cert., I also have a semi-private trainer, so I know how to align myself. I've subscribed!!

    Never underestimate a stability ball workout. This was definitely challenging & I am sweating, exactly what I was looking for. Now I’m going to do a 15 min body weight hiit as a finisher. 💪🏼

    Stability ball!!! Yes!! I have missed this tool. I hope you can do more , maybe a mix of ball and other things. Would love to use it more and especially for core work. I really feel it. Oh and great workout. The last section was the most challenging today as I had already burned out my upper body so I love the extra push and challenge ! Thank you

    This is now another favorite of mine. I did the 8 week 4 day workout challenge first and added this at the end. I forgot took at how long this one was.I did 27.50 minutes and then the cool down. Wow!!!!I am feeling it.

    So I didn’t do this Friday so I decided to do it today!!! All I can say is wow! This is exactly what I need it! The last set was challenge but I manage, my shoulder is on fire 🔥 from those planks lol!! I don’t desire 6 pack but a good nice tone flat stomach n I think a few more of these will do. Thanks Heather again!!! You rock!!💪🏼

    I have a love hate relationship when it comes to the stability ball. I almost lost my front teeth but I hung in there BUTTT the mountain climbers had me cussing like a fool this morning LOLOLO.

    I really enjoyed this one ! It has a nice flow of moving from one exercise to another and you don’t have to work too hard in figuring out how to balance on the ball .

    Me while glancing at my stability ball which was being ignored from a month over: come on thing let's burn those abs.
    Ball: oh! So now you realised my existence huh?
    During workout: my ball keeps bouncing here and there from my grasp and I end up crashing TOO many times on the floor
    Me: do you have to? LOOK! Heather is already on the tenth move
    Ball: rEveNgE!

    I love using the stability ball! This workout made me realize I need to start incorporating it more into my workouts (used to use it all the time at the gym, but not so much anymore).     Just WOW WORKOUT.
    I just completed and I am in love with Heather mam and her workouts.
    This workout was 💯 / 💯. I could feel the equal pain and sweat all over the body . The whole workout is surrounded by abs still you gonna use the whole body that too equally working for abs and for separate body parts too. Just loved it . Gonna do this workout in my abs routine 👍🏻🙏🏻👍🏻
