SOFT ENSAYMADA Recipe | Simple Buttercream

✔️Dough
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk
1 whole egg
1/4 cup [50 grams] granulated sugar
2 tsp [6 grams] instant yeast
2 & 3/4 cups [352 grams] bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp [30 grams] butter / margarine
✔️Buttercream
1/2 cup [115 grams] softened butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup [50 grams] granulated sugar (or icing sugar)
150-200 grams shredded cheese
⁉️Every flour absorbs liquid differently, so if your dough mixture turned out too wet & sticky or seems impossible to knead, may add up flour.
1st proofing: 1 hour
2nd proofing: 30 mins. (can proof up to 1 hour for more airy texture)

Welcome po, really appreciated for trying my recipes. For some videos i used to mention the yield & grams particularly po kapag ginagamitan ko talaga ng scale as you can see in the video like dito sa ensaymada pero yung iba d ko na po nalalagyan kasi sometimes i make free size cut lang. Pero inote ko pa rin ang grams whenever applicable sa mga future recipe videos ko para guide na rin lalo sa mga gusto mag bread selling business :) Thanks too. Keep baking:)

Omg, I reallllyyy wanna try this but I don't have an oven! 😭😭😭😭😭 can you please make a few recipes without an oven? 😭
Pwede po yan sa kawali, lagyan mo ng wire rack tapos doon nyo po ipatong ung baking pan nyo. Preheat ed 10 mins low medium heat then baked mo po ng 15-20 mins. Huwag bubuksan. Ginagawa ko po before nung wala pa ako oven. Hope it helps.

do u always have to wait for the yeast to bloom?
instant yeast can be mixed directly & no need to bloom. for active dry yeast, blooming is requires.👍
