Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter, cooled
1 medium egg
Extra 1/2 cup all purpose flour for kneading (you may or may not consume all)
Cream Cheese Filling and Frosting:
250g cream cheese, softened
1 stick (half cup or 113g) unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
200g cheddar cheese for topping
*Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 mins
*Makes 9 pieces

Hello! Depende sa panahon/humidity around 30-45 minutes for the first proofing and 20 minutes on the second proofing as showed din in the video😊

Hello! Kraft or any brand will do. Lagay lang po sa ref a few hours before gamitin para madaling i-grate at hindi maging mushy :)

This one doesn't have the roux and it has a cream cheese filling. The dough is a simpler mix too
