Day ten complete! This is the most that I've sweated while doing this workout plan so far. My stomach is my problem area so I'm happy that I have guided workout to help this. I had to modify a lot due to preexisting back problems so what I didn't feel in my abs I felt in my legs. I'm a bit sad because I so badly wanted to do today's workouts without modifying, but I'll get over it. Safety first! There will come a day when I can complete this workout without modifying it. Good job to everyone who's participating. I believe in us.

Day 11 done . And surprisingly I took less rest and did all the moves with you until the timing ended
It was a direct hit on my abs!!! I almost gave up but pushed through it and I'm proud of myself for that.

skipped this one when i first did this plan cause i got sick but that burn is i n t e n s e !!!! love it
Wasn't able to do the same exercices (I modified some). But I liked it! I feel a great burn!

Day ten ✔️ definitely seeing a difference in my ability to do certain exercises!! The name of this video was 20 minutes but it was only 14 so that was a little confusing as well

Wow in the previous 1 month plan, the stretch days were very different. This felt like an absworkout. Still super fun though. Congratulations on completing 2 weeks besties!!🎉🎉

day 7🌺💕 (due to my internal problem, i can continue this plan after 5 days, my stocmach on fire✨) +i feel i cant leave pilates cause its makes me happy
