I feel stronger, I'm staying in poses longer, and I can already feel the difference from before to now. I absolutely love that you emphasize correct form, breathing, and technique. I started out with Yoga videos and some how fell into your videos about 4 months ago. The change in my body is incredible !! I never thought id have a flat tummy and toned arms! At first your videos seemed too difficult but now I can make it through to the end and after 20 mins I feel Ive gotten more than most 60 min work outs. Thank you!!!

I love your guidance throughout the video...this was a tough one !It's my second time doing pilates (first time was last week with your full body pilates video which included a body warm up and cool down) Ive been weight training for 8+ years and I have been feeling very unmotivated lately.... I have always wanted to do Pilates but didnt know what instructors that I could resonate and connect with.
