My son 16 just bought his first car, Rubber Bumper 1974 MG B and we replaced the rear brakes but the drum won't go back on even after backing off the the adjustment all the way. Any suggestions? thanks in advance

If your adding material in an still needing to have it turned out that far isn't there something really wrong with your rear brakes?
