At first I thought, “this is hiit?” Well you shut me up, literally… I’m out of breath lol
I did plank held 20 slow secs, other stuff then did 25 slow sec hold on plank. She s able 60- maybe 80 seconds. I'm over 60 with much problems so I think I'm doing pretty good .
Would love to know what weights you recommend using
