I laugh every time I listen to this video and hear Tim at the end talking in his normal bass voice right after hearing him singing sky-high tenor. I'm not sure why it makes me laugh but it does,
Two things to mention here. It seems that Austin's always ready to bust out some dance moves, and the neighbors of Mr. Austin Brown get to experience a free mini concert whenever Austin and friends decide to perform. And as always, these guy's are just phenomenal. 👏👏
Love to hear them basically switch their "typical" leads. Austin going lower, Tim taking the high notes... I would have loved to hear Austin do the high part at least once.. 😉🙃
I really loved this performance by Tim & Austin & the other guys. I don't think I have ever heard Tim sound so clear & crisp in his upper falsetto range. Who would ever believe that he is a natural bass who can drop down into the basement depths. But then as soon as he speaks you can hear his low tone. Wouldn't it be cool to have these guys perform for you at home.
Tim did the recording by himself also. He'd getting a doo wop album put together for us. ❤❤❤

This was released to the fans subscribed to Austin's website a few weeks ago. I listened to the audio before I watched the video. I assumed that Austin was singing the high harmonies - and then I saw the video. Tim singing higher than Austin - how crazy is that!!??? Love this video.
Tim's high notes in this are perfect! His range is crazy
Chris Marion is the guy in the purple shirt, glasses & beard. That is Jenika Marion's (Mrs Tim Foust) brother, so he is Tim's brother-in-law !!! I GOT A SHOUTOUT ! But the original is from 1973 and CW Stevenson. I hate to correct Austin but Brooks & Dunn was a cover in the early 1990's ...here is part of the Wikipedia..""My Maria" is a song co-written by and Daniel Moore. Stevenson released "My Maria" as a single in August 1973, and the song became a Top 10 hit, peaking at number 9 on the US pop chart." it's been a favorite of mine since 1973 :)
They just looked like they were having so much fun. Makes it a pleasure to watch besides the incredible vocals.

I just knew you would love this one @QoFyReacts! It came out on Austin’s website a month or so ago and I’ve been waiting pretty impatiently for them to post to YT. So many great things to say about this one, but Chris Chatham-dang! His voice and amazing guitar skills. Just wow! And Seby-when he came in on keyboard it was so beautiful. I never knew this song before a month ago and I LOVE it! 💜

Sebastien burned his hand, from what I understand. It hasn't been a detriment to his playing! And the bassist is Chris Marion, Tim's brother-in-law! This song has always been a favorite of mine since Brooks and Dunn covered it, and our boys here did a wonderful job! Love Tim showing his support for his bro Austin too with Austin merch!

Thank you for reacting to this song. It is just so much fun to see Austin and Tim and Chris Chatham singing together. Sebastian and Chris Marian are so good with their instruments. They all really have fun together.
If you have time you might want to check out...Tim Foust - Edge of Glory...it is a song from about 2010 before Home Free. Chris Chatham and 2 other of his fellow bandmates. He said he is singing for his little monsters. He was teaching math...I think he was a substitute at the time.

Thank you QoFy! I love this video so much! I appreciate you getting to it so quickly. Austin and Tim make an awesome duo. And then Chris Chatham blends in so we'll, making it an amazing trio. Then Sebastian and Chris Marion adding in the instruments make it perfect! Tim singing way up in the sky so easily, and his speaking voice is so low at the end of the video. The contrast is mind-blowing. Great reaction!

They refer to Brooks and Dunn who did a cover of this song in the 90s, but I thought right away of the older version from the early 70s, by BW Stevenson. All of these versions though sound just stellar.

So good! Goodness these boys are something. Chris Chatham has been a friend of Tim’s for a long time. They wrote Land of the Free together over 10 years ago. I loved Tim’s high notes. Boy he’s got range. Loved that he was wearing an Austin shirt. They were on Austin’s deck in his yard. Sebastien plays piano for Austin in a lot of his music too. Love their 10,000 Hours video. Sebastien sings in it too. Good reaction Qofy! Loved it!

The other My Maria you reacted to was also a cover, a damn good cover but not the original. Waaaay back in '73 B.W. Stevenson cowrote, recorded, and released the original and I've loved it ever since. But as is often the case with covers by Home Free or any of the constituent beasts, this is the new definitive version of an old fave. Another fine reaction Q, keep em comin'.
