I’m little bit curious to see why you’d select one motor type over the other. How about the x27 motors? Are they too week or to large for this project?

I didn't, I found the files online :) I redesigned this for X27 and will show it in a future video
The servos do have automatic positioning though which is nice!

Hey there Capt I looked for those servos on ebay and they do not list those any longer. You recommend anything else for the replacements?

The Blue Micro Servo (9g) are standard and any should work.
Just make sure it doesn't say "continuous"

Cap, a little confused about the 3D Build. I plan on building 2 of these.
I know I will need for each of them 2 s90’s, 1 Background plate, 1 base bracket, 1 Bezel, 1 chanfer, 1 ring, 2 servo horns, 2 white needles, and 18-gauge wire.
Confusion is that more than one bezel is listed - a 54mm bezel and a and an external bezel. Which do I need to print?

It is up to personal preference (The size of the hole)
You could do a test print if needed, or put it into a CAD program.
