I enjoyed the audio being real cabin audio instead of hearing radio chatter all the time. It’s cool to hear what’s really happening in the cabin. Love that engine sound.👍

It’s not a maintenance issue, but a safety concern that the pilot might retract the gear rather than the flaps. There rule is you must exit the runway and come to a full stop before raising the flaps.

You can look up height requirements for your country. For sure you can fit in commercial airliners. If you are not sure about small training planes just book an introduction flight
It would be like pouring half a gallon of whisky into a short shot glass lol. No, but seriously, these planes are small. You could probably fit into it but I would be worried about control issues

Some flight schools don’t permit touch and go’s in more complex/high performance aircraft just because there is so much going on at once in a short period of time which can lead to mistakes, such as forgetting to put up flaps etc
Nearly every GA aircraft that I’ve flown has an autopilot. That being said, this one has an old Navomatic 300 autopilot. It’s pretty limited and doesn’t work the best. Most of the aircraft I fly have a KAP 140 or Garmin GFC 500

In my opinion, buying a 1980 Cessna 172 with outdated avionics for an average of $80k is not a good idea, even if the aircraft is still functional. The current price of Hight of USD $209,900 is too high and not worth it.

I ve been expresively told by C152/172 instructor to avoid flaps extensions during the turn as the flap asymmetry may happen.

It's fairly flimsy plastic, using it to heave yourself into the plane can damage it. Like the 'no step' on the wings

You can prime the engine with the throttle instead of the priming plunger on some aircraft.

That’s a Cessna 182RG, not a 172. That airplane has a propeller pitch control which the 172 does not have but the 182 does.
Quite a few 172’s have constant speed props
172rg cutlass used a constant speed. Also model r172k hawk xp, r172e (t41) 210hp models
