You two are a breath of fresh air, a pleasure to watch. Two regular, down-to-earth lads, doing what they love with genuine child-like happiness, yet serious seamanship. You manage the simplest but most important thing, which is to make vewers relate with you and feel like they are traveling along. Nice sailing scenes, candid but comprehensive explanations, serious navigation updates. No staged dialogues, no polished lifestyle, no boring big talk, no bulshit. Keep it coming guys!!!

Get yourself some 'sea bands' I suffer seasickness but using the bands I don't. I'm a real sceptic but this works for me.

The boat is beautifully set up. I watched the videos from Rudders and every block, rope end, etc looked cared for. So few channels sailing what I think of as an affordable boat with the minimal equipment needed for offshore page making. My kind of sailing. One thought for your: have you considered putting red lights in the cabin and cockpit for night passages? Save you losing night vision every time you go below or record an update.

You should keep a log of animals you see on your journey... I have been fortunate to see dolphins on a regular basis up near barmouth and it's always a magical experience
You are right it's always a very magical experience to have Dolphins play in the bow

Safe sail across the Biscay lads, watch out for the Orcas further south, I believe there's already been a few reported incidents...stay safe out there.

Great stuff nearly fell off my chair laughing when you just left the mooring and I think it was Luke said “are we there yet”. Good to see the dolphins keeping you company always a good sign. Big trips are always a bit scary but once your out there it’s not half as bad. Stay safe cheers from down under.

Watching you set off on your big challenge bought so many memories flooding back for us. It's just over twenty years since we, the wife and I, set off from Gibraltar to Lanzarote on the first leg of a transatlantic. We so identify with your mixed emotions of apprehension, excitement and fear! Netty (?) is the best thing you could have invested in. We love our self steering gear, could not have done the sailing we have without it. Certainly makes for a real magic carpet ride. Delighted that you had such great conditions for your trip, let's hope it continues as you head towards the caribbean. Take care - and put that lifejacket on.
We are in the same boat as you Geoffrey, it's a fantastic feeling. Neppy is the best thing we have bought for Atlas, we couldn't sail without her now. I will tell Luke to wear his life jacket as he refuses. Thanks for your message 👍👍

I am loving this trip. I only ever watch UA-cam and some movies and was looking for a sailing adventure channel with real people and found this. As someone said a breath of fresh air and lovely pair of lads. I am also a global adventurer, but on motorcycles but recently I am stuck in Hong Kong because of restrictions and living vicariously through other adventures. I did my sailing courses in South Africa many years ago, but never really had a chance and the open sea scares me a little. Keep up the good work and 一路顺风

Enjoying your trip. I have done the Milford to Scillies route several times and had the same experience of dolphins at night squeaking through the hull when lying in the berth. Fantastic.
My boat is in Swansea and I am tempted to get stocked up and set off after you!
