You two are a breath of fresh air, a pleasure to watch. Two regular, down-to-earth lads, doing what they love with genuine child-like happiness, yet serious seamanship. You manage the simplest but most important thing, which is to make vewers relate with you and feel like they are traveling along. Nice sailing scenes, candid but comprehensive explanations, serious navigation updates. No staged dialogues, no polished lifestyle, no boring big talk, no bulshit. Keep it coming guys!!!
You two are an inspiration to all the sailors planning similar trips and the dreamers who wish they could do the same. Well done lads. Can't wait to see future episodes.
Guys, there’s baring your hearts and souls, but admitting to watching neighbours is probably too much😂. Only kidding, we all have our favourites! I love your channel and you make great heart felt videos. I wish you safe passage. I like how humble you are and you have not got swept along with all the bells and whistles. You guys are raw sailors.
My wife and I have been learning to sail for a few years. In all the time I've been browsing UA-cam for sailing stuff I've only just found your channel. I binged the Round the GB series and am really looking forward to following the Atlantic playlist. Great work.
Great stuff nearly fell off my chair laughing when you just left the mooring and I think it was Luke said “are we there yet”. Good to see the dolphins keeping you company always a good sign. Big trips are always a bit scary but once your out there it’s not half as bad. Stay safe cheers from down under.
Cheers Tony, it was fantastic to see all those dolphins seeing us off. Let's hope we have an amazing adventure, making memories that will last our lives
Its great to see you two lad’s on your way living the dream and doing great work to share your adventure with us, keep the vid’s combing they beat all the soaps put together, 🤞and safe journey across the bay of biscay.
I have missed seeing you over these last few weeks - been busy with our boat and home projects. We will be following you daily again! Good job guys!!!!
Beautiful video boys, loved the sailing footage especially with the Dolphins 🐬 thoroughly enjoyed being along for the sail ⛵️ needed a bit more cheese 🧀 footage though 😉 fantastic, thank you 😊
Glad to see you are ambassadors for traditional British food post brexit guys ! I think your spinnaker would also look fantastic like a gigantic PG tips teabag ! Enjoy the adventure and look forward as usual to your videos !
Fantastic boys, its like those dolphins knew you were setting off on your adventure, "Tonight Matthew I'm going to be embarrassing, "stay safe, fair winds lads :)
Good work guys!! Milford haven was my home sailing grounds for many years. Good luck with the voyage! After all the repairs to the rudder, let’s hope the Orca’s stay clear of you. Safe crossing!
Watching you set off on your big challenge bought so many memories flooding back for us. It's just over twenty years since we, the wife and I, set off from Gibraltar to Lanzarote on the first leg of a transatlantic. We so identify with your mixed emotions of apprehension, excitement and fear! Netty (?) is the best thing you could have invested in. We love our self steering gear, could not have done the sailing we have without it. Certainly makes for a real magic carpet ride. Delighted that you had such great conditions for your trip, let's hope it continues as you head towards the caribbean. Take care - and put that lifejacket on.
We are in the same boat as you Geoffrey, it's a fantastic feeling. Neppy is the best thing we have bought for Atlas, we couldn't sail without her now. I will tell Luke to wear his life jacket as he refuses. Thanks for your message 👍👍
Brilliant videos boys, love watching what you’re up to. And an inspiration (well to me you are) that you don’t need to huge boat to follow your dreams. Makes me want to start me adventure sooner rather than later!!!
Thanks very much Andrew, really glad you are enjoying watching our videos 👍. What you have said is really kind. If you get the opportunity, go for it 😎
Great to see you out in the blue. I'm so jealous, but roll on March..... But you're so calm. Glad the AIS is working. Tried to see you with Marine Traffic but to no avail. Good Wishes, David
I am loving this trip. I only ever watch UA-cam and some movies and was looking for a sailing adventure channel with real people and found this. As someone said a breath of fresh air and lovely pair of lads. I am also a global adventurer, but on motorcycles but recently I am stuck in Hong Kong because of restrictions and living vicariously through other adventures. I did my sailing courses in South Africa many years ago, but never really had a chance and the open sea scares me a little. Keep up the good work and 一路顺风
Hi Rupert. Thanks for your comments! Really got you found out UA-cam channel, welcome 🙏. We left our motorcycles too, would love to go traveling through Europe on them one day. You've done a sailing course, now it's time to get your own boat and start your own adventures when restrictions ease 😁⛵⛵
@@TheSailingBrothers I did my TYA Ocean Skippers ages ago in South Africa in a Benateau 33. Not done much since . I get nervous just watching you two sitting in my sofa in Hong Kong with a beer and my missus (Fanny) get motion sickness just mentioning boats. Keep up brilliant videos. I would like to buy you a few beers- let me know how to send something
After hard days collar at work lads, it was so good to come home, have a bite, and then chill watching this upload which I've ben so looking forward to. Great work guys, loving this adventure, and great to see your subscribers increasing. You deserve it lads, keep up the great work, can't wait until next weeks installment 👍👍

Nice to see down to earth sailing, spent 5 years sailing out of Milford Haven and never got tired of seeing the dolphins. Looking forward to your next episode, stay safe and sail well.
WOW- Well done ✅My home port is Poole and I recall you passing Poole and mooring in Swange bay a few months ago. So as I sit here in front of my log fire. I thoroughly enjoy your videos and following your journey. I sailed the Atlantic myself so from the heart enjoy every minute, as you will remember it for the rest of your life. The boat is looking great 👍 and so pleased you now have AIS. I wish you ' Fair winds and following seas' 👍 Ron MARTIN
Enjoying your trip. I have done the Milford to Scillies route several times and had the same experience of dolphins at night squeaking through the hull when lying in the berth. Fantastic. My boat is in Swansea and I am tempted to get stocked up and set off after you!
You know when there's dolphins are around you can hear them through the hull squeaking it's fantastic 😃Milford to Scillies is a nice run. Go for it Colin
The boat is beautifully set up. I watched the videos from Rudders and every block, rope end, etc looked cared for. So few channels sailing what I think of as an affordable boat with the minimal equipment needed for offshore page making. My kind of sailing. One thought for your: have you considered putting red lights in the cabin and cockpit for night passages? Save you losing night vision every time you go below or record an update.
Wow guys absolutely brilliant to see ya'll back on the move, having the dolphin wishing you guys a safe passage across the Atlantic to your next adventure, it great to see ya'll still in great spirit I'm not to shure about the new concatenation but if you like it lol great, the weather will warm up soon happy sailing guy's 👍
