@@vortex_beast1585it's gonna have a very similar cycle to arena, it won't be permanent right away and won't be back soon but over time it will become permanent, the fact they actually made changes to weapons and champs in this mode with 14.15 shows they're not gonna just ditch it and leave it as a never gonna be playable again
@chiangmei1265 I think he is concerned that it could be deleted in a few weeks when the event ends. If Riot is smart they will create a longer term version that updates like TFT but who knows with them.

@@TheSmartCinema Jinx E and Ult still need to be aimed, it's just that autoaim focuses on nearest enemy which will cover his kiting back, which he thinks is helping him.

@@obnoxiousjumper279 ice armor is the only tank item Jinx needs to survive solo extreme. But he keeps getting health regen/slicers/vortex which is garbage instead of max health/static is shit choice. And he doesnt have the crit items unlocked
He might wrongly assume "Ultimate haste" is cd for all skills, but it's cd only for ultimate skill.
my guy is too deep in his belief of being one of the best gamer that ever lived to start reading *anything*.. why would he pay attention to such things? he's way too good for that.
also, picking up exp early is SO good, means you level faster, means you get more cards, means you get more upgrades w.o having to pick up event cards.

got to give credit to riot. for this being just a casual game mode that they cooked up for a skin sales event, this is one of the better survivors games ive played. because the yuumi quests and the challenges in between and the buff shrines really feel like they break up the regular gameplay and the rewards are pretty damn good. some of those augment rewards like cross country feel amazing.
and even the meta progression being able to do the story quests and unlocking more and better augments that you can find in your runs is really well done.
The augment mechanic works so well in swarm since it’s a pve so it doesn’t have the “losing to other player bc he got better augments” aspect to it. That said big props to the tft team the augment mechanic might be one of the best game mechanics I’ve seen developed it adds so much depth and different play styles to all their game modes now.
@@colbycarmichael5138 its not just the augments. like most survivors games have procedually generated shrines that make you move across the map, but their benefit is like small permanent random upgrades like +4% damage, or cooldown reduction, or area size or stuff like that. but what other game in the genre lets you drive around in a fucking car for 40 seconds, and just run over the enemy hordes and even champions and elite enemies? even those temporary buffs are really fun.
I feel like they leveled up the genre. Having 1 skill and 1 ult. Missions during the game that alter the way it is played every time. Then in the maps having like the health fountain or the freezing glyphs. I feel like they set the bar higher for the next wave of games and i'm hoping people use these innovations to make better ones next time.

You may not have been familiar with Riot's recent past but the players have been 'at war' with Riot for awhile now over the ban on PvE modes that Riot had put in a couple of years ago. They are a very metric focussed company and to them PvE wasn't worth the effort compared to very easy-to-make PvP modes. So this isn't just any ol' casual event. This has been years of pushing by the community to get Riot to lift the ban so I'm sure the designers wanted to come back with a bang.

Battle Bunny Crossbow, Iceblast Armor, UwU Blaster, Blade-o-rang this build literally makes extreme ez mode and u shouldnt be scared to get hit a couple times.
just keep roaming and hit crates as u go to get health and coins aint that hard
when u hit the boss just stand right ontop of them because UwU Blaster becomes ramp up damage since its projectiles
edit: leave 5 cards on the ground do not take, unless u can evolves a weapon or passive its literally the only wat to evolve weapons and passive

@@HnlRaiden Never seen why Blade-o-rang is good. You want the other crit item or slicers when you're undergeared (low stats)
And pick up the cards early to speed up your farming or in his case to even survive. only really leave them when you're close to finishing any of them
@@nite9560 early game u can pick up but its best to leave 5 on the ground as the time goes so its a guarantee upgrade or evolve
nah you only leave one, leaving 5 at the very start is very wrong you are wasting a lot of power

i'd recommend cursor aim not only for the early elites/minibosses but also for the bombs that come towards you
I gotta say, jinx is SUPER fun in a team, but briar carried me for quite a while solo... and then I just finally decided to play riven with area size buffs.... insane champion in this mode with just movement speed and area size.

@@Adam20672 if he did he would start picking weapons over passives, even my gf that is quite noob at games, understood in order to evolve weapons, you should focus lvls into weapons 1st, and how many cards she needs to save in order to get them, meanwhile Asmon is playing in extreme, and still doesn't understand it... so yeah, he couldn't care less about playing properly.
@@vinhix He plays very well when he can win on extreme without unlocking basicly anything. I have unlocked everything and 12 levels in Anima Power, and I struggle

for every character and every map on this difficulty just go
uwu blaster, iceblast armour, battle bunny crossbow, cyclonic slicers.
passives you want exp, cdr, crit, armout, health regen and then either projectile count or the stat for you characters main weapon.
managed to solo aatrox with every champ with this build. the uwu blaster early helps a whole lot too.
Everytime Asmon play a new game, its almost like all the years playing WoW are lost.
By the third video, you would think someone who has played these style of games would have learned that evolving weapons/abilities are the most important part of the game. I don't get why he doesn't prioritize leveling the abilities to lvl 5 instead of constantly upgrading the passives. In Vampire Survivors, I have watched him kill and wait to collect upgrades from the elites until he has an evolve ready, but it seems like in this game, he has completely forgotten that he has experiance playing these types of games, and just spams max movement speed levels over leveling weapons to 5.
yeah its really annoying, even my gf that is quite a noob in games overall, she understood imediately she had to prioritize weapons, and even how many cards she had to save late game, in order to evolve them, meanwhile this "pro" gamer, just doesn't get it.

I feel like vampire survivor games are like clicker games, already 95% predetermined no matter what power ups you choose.
The monkey has not yet developed the "hands" to use manual targeting, however, it has become slightly self aware
Asmon should get the other items from the objectives, Bunny Crossbow is cracked. The reroll quests helps you with the increase in choices

He doesn't do objectives so he didn't unlock a lot of weapons and augments. Because of that, he has much higher chances of rolling uwu blaster and iceblast armor which are the most broken weapons. Additionally he has a pretty high chance of getting ramming runner which increases his dmg tremendously. Had he completed more objectives I am sure he wouldn't be able to clear those maps yet because rng would constantly fuck him up
I did complete all maps in extreme before maxing all bonuses, tbh since he is skipping objetives it helps filtering a lot of garbage weapons and augments, and playing solo is a lot easier than playing with people.
That last run was for content you could tell he was trying to throw and then it accidently worked for a couple minutes, Don't blame him this is taxing without streaming

Devs said you can beat every extreme boss (including Aatrox on beachhead) with 0 anima power. But I doubt the devs tested the maps with zero Jinx meta items besides UwU. Asmon's reluctance to play other characters for one game to unlock critical weapons like battle bunny cross bow from riven is just making this painful to watch

I don't know the best way to change autoaim but maybe a custom priority system would help because even during the final boss fights characters would focus mobs instead of the boss in front their face it really is kind of ridiculous sometimes
I cant be the only person in the world who when you get encircled, you just walk the fuck out of the circle, take the hit, get some health back and then go back to kiting the Elite/Big Boys? Aint no way im staying in the circle of death, hell no.

I will say, the statikk shiv is one of the best upgrades on jinx here. Also, very funny how he's getting into the league environment xD

I wish people in quickplay would at least familiarize themselves with the card system, because you really aren't supposed to pick them up immediately. Hence why they bothered adding animations of a card dropping at all. It's best to wait for 1 minute before the boss spawns, so all your teammates have enough time to get ability up to level 5 and ready to evolve. I have seen countless companions unable to evolve 3 or more of their weapons because people carelessly pickup cards, then we wipe. Then they argue about it :)
yes and no. the main reason to leave cards on the ground is the card collector augment. otherwise, realistically you have so many cards drop over the course of a run that you can pick them up until about 10 minutes in when you play in multi player, and just leave enough on the ground to evolve your weapons. you might want to leave one or two on the ground for a minute sometimes when you have a weapon at rank 4, on the off chance that next level you can get it to 5. but apart from this, and the card collector augment there isnt much reason to not pick up the early cards because there will be plenty more.
like there are at least 2 cards spawning right before the very end on a belveth trial, and a champion that always spawns around the 14 minute mark.
the past couple of times I queued up people who think like you have started arguing with me because they don't realize you saving cards before 10 min makes no sense
@@check9094 You should still save them in QP in case your teammates get bad RNG. Like, you'll be FINE without picking up the cards, I promise. it is factually more efficient to wait, so that EVERYONE is for sure getting all their evolutions. I've seen people with your logic wipe constantly, and they always ignore that not I nor our other teammates were able to evolve. I've completed every extreme challenge with ease and got all upgrades. I hate playing with people because they cause me to wipe. I don't wipe on my own
Having done the final boss in extreme with all champions solo, and even helped friends get it, you're really wrong about that... there's no point in saving cards until 10min, because you'll still drop at least 5 afterwards. If you're playing with friends, you just need to be sure people have evolve ready before picking those 5 last cards, but like I said, there's really no point what so ever to save cards before 10min. It's actually bad if you do, because the faster you lvl up passives\weapons early on, the more dmg you'll deal, the more you kill the more exp you get, if you keep saving them, you won't lvl up fast enough.

Each champ offers a different playstyle, which is what makes this mode unique, There are only 9 champs here, but just imagine what they could do with 170 champs or not even 170, twenty champs alone could double the playtime if you want to master all the playstyles, Then there is the story and lore. People may not like league, but they love the champs, the world and the lore. I could see Asmongold getting addicted if he is already not..... but on this mode alone can Asmongold win with Aurora or Yasuo? That is the question.
I will always be terrible at games like this but I can admit it.

One thing i can say.
Never pick A card when early game. Save ur Card until ur Item can be Evolution then pick .
makes zero sense, you either save 5 cards to the end for your evolutions or you save all of them until you get the card collector augment.

Auto-aim on a lower diffculty is fine but inefficient. Auto-aim on extreme is just plain stupid.

You should use mouse to target your attacks and not let it auto target... Also that ice thing for Jinx is not good... she is ranged therefor you should go for full ranged abilities except when there is no other option. Jinx passive scales with movement speed, and there is also a yummi bonus that makes this ridiculous OP
you should do the yasuo quest in easymode so u get op weapon

Hey asmon just a tip but think of Ability haste as attack speed, it increases everything charge rate
Drains my soul to see him not just walking out of the shield enemy circles. He even has iceblast armor so it will cost 0 health to exit. Single player syndrome keeping him in his ignorance bubble by choice.

You would be so much better with jinx without auto aim. There are a lot of champs it works for but she can hit far away targets but you never will with her targeting every close up non threat

This game is killing me.... I've played vampire survivors for many hours and halls of torment, but this shit... It seems like you have to become insanely strong fast to keep up with beating the later stages
This game has potential to make you grow into a big streamer
What you did wrong or need to do is your build is too projectile focused.When you are this low on upgrades on extreme, you need at least 1 AOE. The best options you have available is bladeorang or even better Statik sword(statick sword is really strong if you pick crit on top). Pick one of those, get max health with static sword, the health regen glove one is not needed in your build. Keep your build at frozen armor, and uwu blaster, then only pick glove if you cant get anything else prioritize statick sword or blade o rang over it Ideally you build would be Uwu frozen armor bladeorang, statick sword, if you cant get statick or blade, second priority is gloves, or cyclone or animines. Go either statik sword with the health upgrade, and or blade o rang with the movement speed, prioritize them above the glove. It will clear stuff further away from you making the bombs and frogs easier.
If you complete the mission with Yasuo on hard (the lab level) and critchance, you get the weapon bunny crossbow which would also be an Ideal aoe weapon.
When you get to the boss the absolute best stats are armor and health no matter what character you are. as long as you have some damage, since u already go Ability haste and uwu blaster you have dps. Crit chance is also extremely good as a stat, consider taking it if you have space for it in your build, one of the strongest stats in the game.
The strongest yuumi agments are cross country and running rampage or what ever its called. Consider also the health pick up spawn for the boss.
The easiest way for winning with your current upgrades and weapon picks would be fast pick and prioritize frozen armor, uwu blaster, and Statick with their upgrade stats and add crit chance in you build. And the last weapon take the best offered.

Spinny things arent bad so if have regen get them, cuz knockback op. But regen useless and other regen weapon dont scale.

Regen is OP for squishies in extreme mode
@gravelor78 you heal enough from crates. 4 hp per second is nothing but waste of level up.
Area size gets more exp and keep mobs away.
Not even good on tanks 😅
@@mrsilly3224 crates are super RNG and I hate it. In my experience, the rek'sai boss is hell even for tanks so if I mess up and get hit, I just kite them and wait for hp to regen and let Uwu gun do its thing.
Idk about area size but I think it's redundant. Why do I need a larger AoE when mobs die quick regardless w/o area size anyway. The boss are the main problem which I think uwu gun and some sustain are great.
@gravelor78 area size stops you from getting swarmed and give you exp faster. regen and its weapons takes away a ton of dps and exp.
Regen kind of worthless vs boss, jinx can kill them in 15 seconds.
For crates, stand by the spawn of 5 and just run between them. They respawn fast, reliable for healing.
Even on tanks regen not that good sadly, the ramping boss damage 😅

I'm so damn bad at this game mode lol, I legit can't solo the first map on hard with almost all the gold upgrades almost maxed for every single one with some of them maxed, idk what I'm doing wrong 😂
Just need a decent mix of survival passives and damage boosting ones, and complimentary weapons.

@@Skenjin duration and ability haste, ice armor. Spam invulnerability ability. Ice armor tanks hits in between cooldowns. She's rough though, probably the hardest character. I had to get help on her to do extreme aatrox.
I still have like 24 months worth of prime rewards on my account but never really played that much 😅
