Had a panic attack after loosing internet connection and tried to connect my mac to 3 different wi-fi. Still don't know what cause the problem but THANK YOU. So simple.

I contacted Apple took it to get looked at, was told I needed a USB wifi adapter bought one but it wasn't compatible and I could find one that was. I was definitely loosing hope.

Thank you! Deleting the Wi-Fi service and creating a new one back did the job for me.
My MacBook pro 15 is Late2008 production and I tried the software version, and I could not see the WiFi option to create from dropdown window. Tried the physical checkup of WiFi cable (plugged off, cleaned with tiny brush and plugged in) and it worked. Thank you for video tutorial!
The problem is I don't have Wifi in internet settings.Only Ethernet

Sorry, my 2012 Mac Pro looks different than yours, when I deleted the WiFi, it’s gone forever, looks like my network card is fryed, with no way to fix it without $$$ 😩

What do you do if the WiFi isn’t showing in the interface?!
That is a clear sign that this is a. hardware issue and the card is disconnected because of the cable or it has fried and needs replacement. Open the macbook and check if the cable is just loose first.

@@GRIBSOFT Hey doctor. I have a mac air 2016 model 8gb i5 128gb. The problem can be the mortherboard or something like this or just this 3 things in the video? Because i'm afraid to buy a card and don't solve the problem. I already checked the cable, its correctly connected. The mac is working fine the only problem is the wifi.

In many cases the bluetooth and wifi card are all in one so the procedure is the same.

I'm trying to update my Bluetooth driver. Apparently, my LMP Version: 2.1 (0x4)
is out of date. Is that indeed a software concern or do I need a new wifi/bluetooth card?

ARtHuR HEnSoM if you can add it back after removing it then it’s likely the wifi card is broken. I would just get a USB wifi adapter as a work around instead of replacing the card.

I deleted wifi and I tried to get it back and it's not there wtf
That means the WiFi card needs to be replaced because the setting were saved from when it was working but now the Macbook is not recognizing the WiFi card hardware. Make sure all connection are tight and if it doesn't show up then replace the card.
Deleting the profile can never permanently delete anything, the profile will show up again under the + option as long as the Macbook recognizes the physical card when it boots.
The wifi option got deleted. Plz help me next . How can I get back Wifi

I spent 4+ hours this afternoon and evening with both Century Link (modem provider) and Apple Support trying to figure out why my MacPro showed connection, but did not connect to any website blah, blah, blah. After hanging up, I thought there just has to be a simple solution for this problem. I googled YET AGAIN and somehow came across your video this go around.
