    Do I internally or externally rotate my shoulders in the first exercise??

      I think externally as it imitates the overhead position when standing, in which position your shoulders should be externally rotated especially when weight bearing.

      😂 I am able to do that only twice and have to stop due to a lot of pain.

    What can you do if you can't even lift your arm off the floor to get over the tennis balls????
