Thank you for practicing with us. Sometimes we do not realise, but the mind is tired and needs rest. During pranayama, the mind uses that opportunity automatically to snooze for a moment and take rest. It is normal and happens to many. As the energy levels go up with regular practice of pranayama and also the overall stress reduces, this will pass. If it really bothers you, you can keep your eyes open and practice pranayama. You won't doze off then. But do not worry, it is a good sign. That the mind is relaxing. It needs it! :) Om Shanti

Om from Canada . Could you tell why Iam nodding off like falling asleep during retention and brahmari? It has never happened before. It is only for 2 o3 seconds I feel.
