ZZ Top at Måndagsbörsen (Swedish talkshow). I remember they barely had time to get drums and amps on the stage, as they came straight from a concert in Stockholm.
ZZ Top in their utter prime! These years were the BEST the boys ever sounded imo. Actually probably from 1977 to 1990 were when ZZ Top were at their ultimate best. I'm afraid I have to confess that although I am a huge fan, I wouldn't go to a concert of theirs nowadays simply because they sound horrible. They may have all the hi-tech lastest technical whizz-pop bang computerised electronic components available, but it all it has done is ruin their unique sound. I just wouldn't attend a live concert today. I'd rather sit back and listen to this on my $5,000 home theatre any day. But that's only me and there will be still hundreds of thousands of fans who would so good on them.
Wow Dusty Hill was seriously one of the BEST vocalists I had ever heard back then..
I like how he plays the Tube Snake Boogie solo during Jailhouse Rock! XD
they were the band in the 80s! they were quite a shock with their futuristik blues and all...top ten!
01. Jailhouse Rock 02. La Grange 03. Tush ... yeah good old live stuff ... seen the band many years ago here in Berlin/Germany
