No the dragons aren't angry, rhaenyra giving birth intercutting with shows the dragon bond, which plays a significant role how vhagar and arrax acted. The Targaryens cannot control the dragons, there are several examples of this in the books, however they share a bond, whre they can feel each other at a subconscious level, vhagar all these years could feel aemond's hatred towards luke and arrax could feel luke was scared, and in the books its stated that a dragon's first instinct is to fight, and thats why arrax attacks vhagar cuz he could feel arrax was in danger, in the same vhagar could feel aemond's hatred, but as humans even when we want to kill someone we don't always act on our instincts, but vhagar being a dragon doesn't think like that and killed luke and arrax. Aemond thought he could just fuck around with luke without giving much thought that vhagar being a war dragon will kill them. The face he had was realising the extent of it
I think it could be a combination of all of this, Aemonds and Lukes feelings and Vhagar and Arrax’s own animalistic predator/prey or/and fight or flight behaviors.
@@tommysoliz3064 yes, both, the dragons can feel their riders feelings and acting on it and following their own dragon instincts, good thing the show is exploring it after GOT destroyed it
Screen crush’s theory video about the dragons is really good. The idea that after the first long night the bond between Targaryens and dragons was created (lord of light?) to prevent the next long night. Once they start forgetting their true purpose (the prophecy will likely not be passed down after the civil war) the magic required for the dragons starts to fade.
Well the interpretation about the dragon was not correct in this video. Episode 10 showed how deep the Targaryens connection are to their dragon… for example: While Rhaenyra was screaming in pain and agony, Syrax was feeling Rhaenyra’s pain and agony….
in the book when aemond eye’s was slashed, vhagar roared with him. i wish they had added those details in, the show is called house of the dragon after all.
I mean… Aemond and Aegon are also half Targaryens🤷🏻♂️ the only difference is that, they were deemed as “legitimate”. - Syrax was in pain due to Rhaenyra’s agonizing labour. This is simply about their bonds. - Dragonriders and their dragons are interconnected beyond our imagination. Vhagar was chaotic because Aemond has chaos within him, Arrax was threatened, stressed out and clinging to composure just like Luke. Both of these dragons functioned and reacted in line with their riders. - Aemond in the books is just a vile psycho, you will never love him. The show changed it through perfect casting, just like Viserys.
@@priyanshshrivastava9013 Agreed. I was only pointing out the stems from the book. But Aemond’s arc in the show is a solid mirror from the books. He’s still vile.
Aemond was not "bullied." We saw his brother (oldest) and his cousins (Youngest with luke being 5 years old) play one prank on him with a pig. Being bullied would suggest they OFTEN made him feel bad about not having a dragon but this isn't shown. Also the main culprit in that joke was his own brother Aegon but he has literally ZERO smoke for him and even Jace tbh. So saying he "can't let it go" when it comes to this supposed ""bullying" is just not true. It's not even the "pink dread" joke he's mad about. He's upset about his eye and it was luke who took it and he's literally always watching him. Also you can say luke "accidentally" took his eye but the fact is he defended his brother and he happened to cut Aemonds eye in the process. I'm sure at 5 years old Luke did not DECIDE "hey I will take his eye" but he did what he felt he had to defend Jace. Even back then aemond was "very proud" and to have Luke take his eye was something he clearly never got over even though it was a consequence of his own actions. That being said, I keep seeing people saying that aemond and luke were "playing with dragons" ..... Luke was in fear and running away THE ENTIRE TIME. The only person who saw this as a sick game was Aemond. I mean Vhagar even tried to bite arrax a couple of times in the beginning and Aemond literally just laughed? I honestly don't know what he expected to do if not kill Luke? People say to terrioze or scare him but it was clear he wants something from luke, that something being his eye... so then is he chasing him for his eye? If that's the case how the hell did he expect to take Lukes eye without killing both Luke and Arrax so high up in the sky?? It's the EQUIVALENT to someone waving a gun in someone's face trying to "threaten" them and then be surprised when it goes off. What else did he expect?
Canibal isnt the biggest dragon... he is the biggest of the wild dragons (which are 3), also the dragon Daemon is singing to is Vermithor, the dragon of Jaehaerys I
during aegons conquest belarion was the biggest but considering that cannibal lived way more than belarion [ 120 + years than belarion] cannibal would have propably outgrown the size of belarion...also belarion was caged in dragonpit thus restricting its full potential to grow into its full size.. but cannibal was never tamed, growing in wild makes him larger than belarion..also cannibal and belarion were almost born at he same time...theories even say cannibal was 35 years older than belarion...
I totally disagree with what screen crush said about the dragons being mad at the Targaryians. Rhanyera's dragon was sharing her despair and pain as she was in labor.
Achara was on the money this vid: Rhaenyra's mum is a Arryn and they do end up bringing in Targaryen bastards in to try and become dragon riders in the books, calling them 'dragon seeds'
17:20... He has said this twice this video (once about Vermithor and once about Cannibal). I am pretty sure Vhagar is the biggest dragon right now. She is the second largets ever, with Balerion being the biggest every, but Balerion is dead so Vhagar takes that title.
5:20 in response to jaby, there were no war at that stage yet, it could still be negotiated, not to mention Rhaeny still hadn't picked a side at that point hence she didn't bend the knee at the beginning of episode 10, i think she decided at the moment when she saw the restraint Rhaeneyra had in episode 10 because she saw herself in her.
The reason Targaryens can control Dragons is cuz they actually have dragon blood in their veins. That's probably why all of their stillborn children are deformed with scales and tales, and sometimes wings.
Why is it so difficult to understand that Rhaenys would NOT just burn people alive for the shits and giggles? So she can sit on the throne of ashes and be called a kinslayer? So she can burn Helaena, the Septon and whoever else as well? Her killing the people when Meleys burst out wasn’t intentional, not that I’m saying their lives don’t matter, just that they locked Meleys underground and she had to get out somehow, hard to blame Rhaenys for that (was she supposed to leave her behind to be killed?). Just goes to show how inherently destructive and violent dragons can be. But if she burned The Greens, that would have been intentional. And she’s not that person. It’s not difficult to understand.
_Why is it so difficult to understand that Rhaenys would NOT just burn people alive for the shits and giggles?_ They confuse 20/20 hindsight for story criticism, when it's not. They keep telling themselves that if she kills them all it ends the war. Like, by analogy....when Cercei blew up the Sept of Baelor, killing 'all' her enemies. That 'ended' the war right? Of course not. It just led to a different war. If the history was that Rhaenys killed everyone and attempted to place herself and Corlys on the throne..... Now there is a different war, with Valyrian and Targaryen Blacks certainly on opposite sides. And....the 20/20 hindsight is then asking why she went 'mad queen' and killed everyone, so starting the Valyrian/Targaryen war. They just aren't good show critics.
Thank you you’re one of the only person who’s not outright blaming Rhaenys for killing people accidentally. She had no choice but to burst the ground to get her. Bloodshed of normal folks was inevitable but at least she didn’t meant to kill them. 1. With Alicent’s family however she would instigating a war which isn’t hers cause it’s Rhaenyra vs Aegon not Rhaenys vs Aegon. 2. She doesn’t make decision for declaration when her husband should decide who’s side they’ll take which is also why she didn’t bend knee to Rhaenyra. 3. She wouldn’t be called a kingslayer and tyrant for making a mother go through the same pain that she herself felt.
The Dragon that Daemon tried to claim was not the Cannibal Dragon. It was Vermithor , Daemon wouldn't survive a second if he was with Cannibal Dragon. Cannibal Dragon allegedly hate other dragons , humans and all the other animals...even Targaryens. Cannibal suppose to be as big as Vhagar or even bigger considering the fact that he just eat everything without any control + that its a "Wild" dragon. They tend to grow larger.
Well let’s not say he wouldn’t last a second lol we don’t know what they will write because vermithor wasn’t said to have a connection with daemon but look what we have here? Lol
Characters in this show, specifically ones of royal blood and trying to climb the ladder to the area of elites, care about legacy. The Queen Who Never Was did have "the shot" but if she takes it, she is remembered throughout all of history as the kin-slayer, the butcher of King ___, Queen dowager ____ and the rest of that whole family. Her legacy at best becomes one of murdering her (extended) family and a King (with a dragon on the day of his coronation). That makes it a lot less simple than "you had the shot and you coulda ended it all right then" cause life isn't that black and white for people whose lives revolve around how history remembers them. Not to mention the reason the show gave, her not wanting to murder a mother and her children after having lost her children, isn't hard to sympathize with.
Don't know if you mentioned this, but at the "poetic reunion" on the Dragonstone bridge, back in Ep2 the majority of the audience was probably rooting against Daemon because he was the "villain" who disrespected Viserys; and while Otto, despite being creepy for pimping out teen Alicent, was perceived much more favorably then (I personally hated how Daemon injured Otto's firstborn son at the joust purely out of spite). But the majority flips for Daemon by Ep10; the same Daemon who murdered his first wife. Funny that.
Aside from being reminded of what Viserys says at the beginning of the season about controlling dragons when it comes to the “serve me” lines, I immediately heard Danys voice saying “a dragon is not a slave” Like, yeah you can bond with them, you can have a deep connection with them.. but at the end of the day, you can’t _literally_ control them. They’re still hugeee creatures who are going to have primal, animalistic instincts when not only is their rider threatened, but THEY are threatened as well.
I think to say Aemond was "bullied" feels like an over-exaggeration, at most he was teased by his brother and nephews for not having a dragon and his actions following were a result of entitlement, patriarchy, and revenge (towards the individual who took his eye). Even the fight where he lost an eye, was not for fun or because they didn't like him, he "stole" a dragon. Where Deamon was pushed away by his brother (whose affection and attention he wanted) and shunned, not because he's a bad person but because the counselors of the king didn't want him around coz he wasn't as easy to control as Viserys, so out of spite he leaned into the villain thing
its Vermithor The song is sung to a 'fire breather, winged leader,' and the singer promises the dragon: 'As one we gather, And with three heads, We shall fly as we were destined, Beautifully, freely'. Clearly,

3:35 , Corlys made 9 voyages. 2) SYRAX was feeling the pain of Rhaenyra. 3) He showed Vale of ARRYN as RIVERLANDS. 4) Rhaenyra's mom is an ARRYN. 5) Cannibal is rumoured to be big, is not the biggest for sure. 6) ALICENT did not rip out the page from the book, Rhaenyra Did. 7) Rhaenys is Bormund Baratheon's NIECE not Cousin. That Jouster was not Bormund. 8) It's not 2 conversations with daemon that change Rhaenyra. It's what the fckn greens did, Killing her son was the tick off. 9) did Rhaenyra tell screencrush that she doesn't care about the prophecy anymore?? And I'm not even a Book reader. Why does this guy keep getting multiple things wrong in every episode or make shit up & state it as a fact? I think he can crosscheck? Please take the info with a grain of salt Jaby as you can be misled coz of the wrong info. This happens in every episode you see of his.
I think she fully intended to cook the greens, what held her back from doing so was Alicent, in her heart I don't think she could've done that to another mother. And I don't think mercy saved them, I think it was also honor. Being a royal I don't think she wanted to be responsible for pulling the trigger on a civil war. Also being the Queen who never was I don't think she wanted to add the Queen who disgraced her family by killing her own kin. Dont think she could've killed another Targaryan and finally I think it says more about her character that she showed restraint. At this point she has nothing to lose but the fact that she maintained herself from killing them says something way more interesting than "go dragon kill them all".
Yeah I got so irritated by ScreenCrush, they just sometimes pump out straight up lies abt the show. But Emergency is too spoilery, Charlie is generally catering to ppl who don’t mind spoilers, Jaby and Achara reacted to one of his and I think for some parts they were a bit stunned by some spoilers.

That “Greg” from jaby was hilarious 😂 also that’s a little hypocritical cuz you were criticizing people who were saying the same thing about Daemon a couple episodes ago about your perspective on Aemond
It's dumb because it wouldnt explain how 40 families of Valyria were dragonriders. The conection between the song and the dragons is way later than the 40 shepherd families that bonded themselves to the Dragons. So that theory, although cool, makes 0 sense.
@@Alejojojo6 The topic is specifically about this family in general, and their broken connection between the dragons and to themselves. This conflict is splitting the Targaryen households apart instead of unifying them.
One thing he got wrong is Rhaenyra was yelling at the child to get out of her just as she did in the book, it is life or death and death for life (her life). NOT yelling at the maids

Also hopefully we get just ONE scene with Greyjoys as well, I need to see the red kracken and see the ironborn in their full glory. Especially with how much their subplot got shit on in the main story by the last two morons 💯
Disagree about his take on the choking part. Daemon is an extremely prideful man, when Rhaenyra confided about the prophesy, he was blinded by anger. His own brother who had named him heir for 10+ years could not trust him with this secret (despite the fact he was the heir and if he were to randomly die, Daemon would have been king). This betrayal is what led him to lash out like a child by choking Rhaenyra who at this moment represented her father. Basically temper tantrum, it doesn't excuse what he did, but I think this is far more plausible than the "show of strength".
I agree that the choke was reflective of his emotional volatility/impulsivity, but disagree that Daemon feeling insulted over never being told ASOIF played any role. ASOIF, as you know, is only passed down from current Targaryen king to future heir. Daemon wouldn't have recognized even its title, let alone the prophecy details. It was a weird phrase to him so he genuinely was confused about what Rhaenyra meant, only gleaming from context that it must have something to do with dreams and prophecies. Because prophetic 'dreamers' like Helaena weren't unprecedented in the family tree, Daemon assumed it was just another one of these mumbo jumbo cryptic prophecies that the weirdos of the family mutter about, which frustrated him because Rhaenyra should be talking about specific war strategy with him and not silly 'dreams.' That's why he chocked her; to knock some sense into her and make her feel the urgency of the situation because she was being a frustratingly peace-promoting hippie (from his pov). Rhaenyra, meanwhile, when she noticed Daemon's utter confusion, chuckled slightly because it simultaneously confirmed how much her dad believed in her as the rightful heir to tell her the prophecy, while never once mentioning it to Daemon (suggesting Viserys not even for a hot minute ever considered Daemon a viable heir).
If the dragons were mad at the Targaryens, why not hurt Aegon, he is not the prophecy holder. The explanation is more simple, Syrax was feeling Rhaenyra’s pain and anguish. They have that connection.
exactly. idk why people find it so hard to understand. the dragon being angry at targaryans and forcing miscarriages and magic leaving? what a load of BS
So wait a minute. I just got this If he's saying that the painted table somehow gets destroyed during the series that completely didn't make any sense because Stannis and Daenerys both used it, and actually the room that they used it in, is being used for Rhaenyra's bedroom quarters in this episode, if you look on the wall above her bed, you'll see the dragon stone engraving on the wall
For the people who know what Blood & Cheese means (spoilers for all others): . . . . . I guess it's safe to assume B&C will happen either in S2E1 or S2E2. I bring it up because the internet is so ratioed right now on Team Black. No big surprise, Rhaenyra is the show's main character. But if you think about it: Otto hasn't done anything truly villainous yet. It's not like he poisoned Viserys. When he was fired he took it like a man. He's more like that slimey mafia lawyer who gets his client off by exploiting legal loopholes. That's what Otto does (so far): exploit openings but not outfight cause destruction & cruelty. Here he exploits the past practice of male primogeniture, nothing more. But after Blood & Cheese orchestrated by you know who, it would be interesting to see how many viewers still remain overwhelmingly Team Black. I like that the series is so gray that we'll find characters to like & hate on each side.
LOl what? So Otto pushing his daughter toward the king, abusing Aegon and leading Alicent to hate rhaenyra and her children is nothing now? It's not just about killing, he has done worse things than many characters. Whatever the Blacks might do, they are still in the right and it was always Rhaenyra's throne. Alicent and Otto acting entitled does not make anyone in the Team Black bad. Team Black will always have majority of the support because they are in the right. Daemon did Blood and Cheese, him doing that won't get hate for the whole Team Black.
I suggest Alt Shift X episode breakdowns. He is way more knowledgeable in ASOIAF stuff, unlike the many youtubers like screencrush who make mistakes every 10 seconds.
I HATE Aemond.. But Every time he’s on screen he’s captivating and the actor captures bottled rage and fury ... He and Daemon have the “same name” Daemon => aemonD Same name, just the D is in a different spot. Cant wait for more of these two characters
Just question yourself this… Rhaenys takes out the “greens” and then what?? Take the throne herself?? Would Rhaenyra be happy about this given her love for Alicent? What allies did Rhaenys have to do that considering she was unsure where her house would land? Lords bent the knee to Aegon… an uprising would happen regardless as Daeron in Oldtown would still have a claim. I know the show didn’t acknowledge him much at all aside from in the intro and that the greens have 4 dragons… and if you haven’t been watching, Targaryens rarely care for the common folk… noone can trap the dragon
So much misinformation regarding the dragons in screen crush's video. The wild dragons are called that for a reason - they are wild, and hence not at dragonstone. Also the dragon we saw Daemon singing to was Vermithor, king jaeherys's dragon (visery's father). It's the 2nd largest dragon alive in the show's timeline, vhagar being the largest. Cannibal does also grow to be quite large, but not just yet. Infact all 3 wild dragons grow large since they're not inside the dragonpit of king's landing or in dragonstone - dragons out in the wild grow larger than those kept inside, kinda how rhaenyra's Syrax has remained the same in size.
The moment alicent gave the dagger to Aegon, it became an important point in the timeline for the war to become inevitable because it was against the prophecy as only a legitimate heir to the throne was supposed to fulfill it. The prophecy was to be told after the coronation as it was a sworn oath. But when Rheynera Targyrian told the secret to Daemon, she broke the oath of secrecy as no one but only the rightful ruler of the seven kingdom was supposed to know it. Not long after that magic started disappearing and dragons disobeyed their masters. House of the dragon fell under the curse by breaking the sacred oath of the conqueror. The magic will return 170 years later when the new conqueror will take oath to bring all the seven kingdoms under her rule, the magic cleared her way as she journeyed towards that goal. Dragons returned to the world of ice and fire to aid her in her quest. But the true child of ice and fire was qualifying all the tests to be the one to fulfill the prophecy so in the end the conqueror became his aide in the fight to end the long night once and for all.

No he’s very wrong about the dragons being angry at the targaryens a dragon has a very deep connection and bond with its rider so they can feel their emotions and in that scene Syrax could feel Rhaenyra’s pain that’s why she was screaming with her in agony.
The Dragons are angry deal in the video doesn't seem right, the long night prophecy wasn't in the books at all, so maybe that's a change in lore for the show, I dont think so. I agree with Jaby on Aemond v Daemon. What has Aemond even done to be labeled as hateful or a killer prior to this accident? He is not a degerate like Aegon or shown to take pleasure in inflicting pain like Joffrey did. I feel it is very unfair to even compare him to Joffrey. He is a caring son to his mother, seems more supportive of his sister and even his unworthy brother. He didn't let his disability stop him from excelling at study or learning to fight. I don't even know if he felt supported by Viserys after the eye incident. He is only a few years older than Luke but he was forced to mature and be the responsible son. Not sure Daemon was ever that. At the funeral on Driftmark he was even shown to want to show sympathy to Jace. I bet when Daemon was his age he was indulging in every excess with the open love of a brother whose patience he constantly tried. Daemon is a grown man on his third wife. He murdered his first, was sleeping with his niece on the night his second one died, he kills when it suits him yet because he has tons of charisma and is coupled with Rhaenyra people over look it. But he is an awful person even if he is fascinating to watch . Similarly Aemond is fascinating too because he has had an interesting journey and character development and it results in a forceful compelling personality. He is flawed for sure but he is not some psychopath at this moment as some want to make out. I don't get how anyone can say he is hateful but giving Daemon a pass. If later on he does real villainous stuff well fine but I think both sides will get up to awful things.

Dragon riders can not ride more than one dragon. You can see this in GOT when Daenerys Targaryen only ever ride drogon. Rhaegal, and Viserion follow her behind of drogon. So it can be said that Drogon help Dani to keep the other two dragons peaceful.

Book characters aren't complex because it is maester's POV so the show is the cannon story
@@priyanshshrivastava9013 Agreed. I was only pointing out the stems from the book. But Aemond’s arc in the show is a solid mirror from the books. He’s still vile.
@@just42day he's basically the Joffrey of hotd.
I liked Aemonds character from the books. Badass bad guy
@@prathapkutty7407 no that's definitely aegon
Aemond: I will have your one eye removed.
Vhaghar: He can keep his eyes.
The cannibal could actually be just as big if not bigger then vhagar, it’s not confirm tho
Achara, I love how eloquently you express your thoughts. You're so well-spoken.
Comparing aemond & joffrry is a crime against humanity. They are nothing alike. #TeamAemond
yeah Joffrey never burnt a whole riverlands and the innocent people just because he lost to someone
Rhaenyra’s mum is definitely an Arryn.
_Why is it so difficult to understand that Rhaenys would NOT just burn people alive for the shits and giggles?_
They confuse 20/20 hindsight for story criticism, when it's not.
Lol
Cannibal is bigger then any dragon and older
Funny that.
Aside from being reminded of what Viserys says at the beginning of the season about controlling dragons when it comes to the “serve me” lines, I immediately heard Danys voice saying “a dragon is not a slave”
Like, yeah you can bond with them, you can have a deep connection with them.. but at the end of the day, you can’t _literally_ control them.
My favourite part of this entire season is all the videos we've gotten from you two 💝💖💝💖 thank you for making this season fun and memorable. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
its Vermithor The song is sung to a 'fire breather, winged leader,' and the singer promises the dragon: 'As one we gather, And with three heads, We shall fly as we were destined, Beautifully, freely'. Clearly,
Dragon riders have never bonded with more than 1 rider. Dragons take multiple riders if their riders have passed, when that bond gets broken.
I came here to agree with most people about how he really missed with this breakdown video. He got a lot of info wrong so I’d probably recommend watching other non-spoiler breakdown videos if y’all want good interpretations
Wooh! I've been loving this channel since the Arcane post-shows - great reaction 🙌
Edit: Agree with Jaby that Raenys indiscriminately murdering civillians while being against war is a bit of a dissonance haha, but I get it.
Aemond having a "Better keep both eyes open." moment
This Ryan guy has no idea what he’s talking about. Just spreading misinformation and getting cheap views when he doesn’t know shit
Unfortunately there are many mistakes in this breakdown video,I think you guys should check out new Rockstars or emergency breakdown.

I wish they'd react to alt shift x instead of screencrush as they seem to be winging a wiki or something rather than actually understanding what they are teaching.
That “Greg” from jaby was hilarious 😂 also that’s a little hypocritical cuz you were criticizing people who were saying the same thing about Daemon a couple episodes ago about your perspective on Aemond
vermithor isn't the largest dragon, Vhagar is still bigger. 17:22
They literally showed in the subtitle that it's vermithor not cannibal
Her explanation about the broken connection between the Dragons and the Targaryens sounded interesting and could very well be correct.
16:30 Otto has the lannisters with the second largest fleet….he doesn’t need the Grejoys. The Greyjoys will be on the Blacks
The deamon dragon is vermentor basically 2rd or 3th post vhgar, cannibal
Alicent did not rip out the page from the book Rhaenyra did to Alicent's shock.saying "what about the Sept?".. And Rhaenyra blatantly said... "F*#@ the Sept!".... I remember that scene like it was yesterday
Daemond did murder his first wife on the horse lol. Love you guys and I love this easter egg reaction. WILD!!
18:34: Lucerys was promised to Rhaena, not Baela.
Again Ryan is mistaken. Aemma is of House Arryn not House Tully. Rhaenyras mothers homeland is the Vale.
I know everyone is gonna be hype to see Cregan Stark next season just like me, but I'm also gonna be over the hill hype if at see the lads in the riverlands. Also hopefully we get just ONE scene with Greyjoys as well, I need to see the red kracken and see the ironborn in their full glory. Especially with how much their subplot got shit on in the main story by the last two morons 💯
It was the Old King's dragon Vermithor that Daemon sang to. If he went to The Cannibal, he'd get chomped on spot.
New Rockstars have a better breakdown video. Please watch it
Yeap
Because prophetic 'dreamers' like Helaena weren't unprecedented in the family tree, Daemon assumed it was just another one of these mumbo jumbo cryptic prophecies that the weirdos of the family mutter about, which frustrated him because Rhaenyra should be talking about specific war strategy with him and not silly 'dreams.'
That's why he chocked her; to knock some sense into her and make her feel the urgency of the situation because she was being a frustratingly peace-promoting hippie (from his pov).
I love the way you two interact with each other during these reactions and break downs. ❤
The dragon he made a connection with is not The Cannibal.
@@nitinmathew5391 right. I know there is magic in the world of Westeros but that doesn’t make everything magical.
Aegon has multiple bastards in kings landing and Arryk knows this, they could be the key to the missing dragon riders.

You didn't see Daemon murder his wife either.
This guy got Erryck and Arryck wrong lol
Sea Snake made nine voyages, as I said in another comment hence, the Hall of nine in his Castle at Driftmark

For the people who know what Blood & Cheese means (spoilers for all others):

I agree with jaby on his take about Aemond, I feel the same way about him.
Cannibal Vhagar Vermithor are the biggest there
I suggest Alt Shift X episode breakdowns. He is way more knowledgeable in ASOIAF stuff, unlike the many youtubers like screencrush who make mistakes every 10 seconds.
❤Achara is great
I HATE Aemond..
But
Every time he’s on screen he’s captivating and the actor captures bottled rage and fury ...
He and Daemon have the “same name”
Daemon => aemonD
Same name, just the D is in a different spot.
23:08 is the same feeling that I had while watching daemon at first few episodes.
Jaehery's wasn't Visery's father, he's his grandfather. Baelon ( known as baelon the brave ) was visery's and daemon's father
Rhaenyra's mom was an Arryn descendant
21:06 the same look given by Emilia Clarke when misande of Nath was brutally murdered by cersie lannister
Jaby is complaining about Ranys not killing the greens. Ranyeera should have burnt Otto too
those you called illegitimate in the book are called dragon seeds, and, technically, yes they can tame a dragon
Not watching Alt shift X instead of this which is 90% wrong is disappointing.
24:03 bro what?

that's your definition of love?
Can't wait for Dance of the dragons
Man we all are waiting for that one scene

ou guys should really watch an expert like Alt Shift X. His videos makes all of this so much more clear and easier to grasp.
By the way, this isnt me discounting Screencrush, love their videos!
the dragons getting mad at Targearyans or the magic is broken is COMPLETELY FAULSE and such a unfounded stretch. Like honestly ScreenCrush makes up so many far fetched theories it really bothers me they are just trying to claim many fake Easter eggs for clickbait. Emergency Awesome does this so much better as he actually is equipped w the knowledge, but he’s too spoilery for show watchers.
Yeah, SC gets too creative with their breakdowns. New Rockstars' are better balanced.
@@Mike90317 I think it’s more than creative by this point, also the Tully and Arryn mistake, and the Cannibal mistake. But that dragons getting upset for not fulfilling prophecy is really blatant lies, actual book readers would laugh at that theory. Gosh it really upsets me it’s just too stupid…
Glad you guys air Screen Crush's breakdown because I am subscribed to both channels and both of your channels help me see different perspectives.
Ashara is absolutely adorable! ❤
No he’s very wrong about the dragons being angry at the targaryens a dragon has a very deep connection and bond with its rider so they can feel their emotions and in that scene Syrax could feel Rhaenyra’s pain that’s why she was screaming with her in agony.
He was just talking through a hat😂
He even messed up aemma being an arryn
The Dragons are angry deal in the video doesn't seem right, the long night prophecy wasn't in the books at all, so maybe that's a change in lore for the show, I dont think so. Vermithor was th Jaehaerys 1 dragon, Dragon tamers can theoretically and there will be some allies that will be able to ride, Addam being the one who rides seasmoke
Daemon is still more complex and more interesting lol
@@LauraGS564 Daemon is a grown man. Aemond is just out his teens. Not even sure what your point is.
@@hellacre Their age has nothing to do with their characters. Daemon is one of the best characters of this franchise and GRRM's favorite Targ for a reason
@@LauraGS564 That is not even what I am discussing. The original reply to Jaby's comment has nothing to do with what you are on about. Daemon is popular...well water is wet. I'd say Viserys beat them all out this first season and he did not have any cool factor. And there is something called opinion btw. So coming at me to declare Daemon is the best blah blah...well like him all you want. Why are you so bothered others may find other characters interesting? It's all subjective.
Dragon riders can not ride more than one dragon. You can see this in GOT when Daenerys Targaryen only ever ride drogon. Rhaegal, and Viserion follow her behind of drogon. So it can be said that Drogon help Dani to keep the other two dragons peaceful.
Are you guys going to react to the Screencrush video about the dragons and their riders too?
Being a Big Boss Fan myself I know where that eye patch loving is coming from.
yeah, Rhaenyra's mother is a Arryn not a tully, also vermithor is not the biggest dragon we have seen in the show, Vhagar is bigger than both Vermithor and the cannibal, they both are 2 of the biggest dragon's but vhagar is the biggest.
just as im about to watch dragonslayer you drop this vid lol
Dragons angry for not upholding ? Who came up with that. Because there is no truth to that. The craziest thing I’ve heard. Ha. Syrax was crying because he felt Rhaenyra’s pain in birth.
i dont think she killed the kings party cause she is now also playing the game of throes with her own lineage.
Rhaenyra brings the destruction of the dragons and forgets about the prophecy...whereas Daenerys brings them back to the world to fulfill the prophecy🔥🔥 DAENERYS IS THE TRUE PRINCE THAT WAS PROMISED❤️
