This is how to make Custard Buns

Custard Filling:
4 egg yolks
vanilla essence
2 tsps corn starch
2 tbsps plain flour
2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps butter
Buns:
400g plain flour
3 tbsps sugar
a pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
50g butter
300 ml water (or milk)
lemon rind from 1/2 a lemon
yeast (follow the instructions on the pack)
