Aww I just made five huge stuffed rolled cabbage 🥬 yesterday. This is how we Arabs make them too by taking out the core n standing there pealing leaf by leaf. It’s lots of work but wow my family ate it all two big pots I cooked ! We stuff ours with the mix of uncooked rice and ground lamb or ground beef . Allspice Powered chicken broth olive oil fresh minced garlic n garlic powder mix it all with hands not a spoon or fork then start rolling leaf by leaf. Remember when you’re milking the cow, first milk out goes on the ground what that does is if there’s any bacteria in the milk it’s removed first off. Then you can start milking into your pail. That was always our philosophy, in case there’s anything harmful you know it’s going into the ground and not into your belly
